24 hour shuttle. They offered me a free room upgrade at check-in. The bed was comfortable. And although it was not of use to me, they did have long-term airport parking available.

They didn’t monitor or enforce the blatant disregard for the no parking signs at the entrance to the property causing a significant backup in the entrance. Two cars were left unattended and there was no one in the lobby. I was unable to unload my luggage close to the property entrance and at my age that was a real inconvenience. Then my son had to back out of the property after off-loading my luggage. Additionally the property did not monitor the parking areas reserved for the the shuttles which created a slight delay for my airport departure.

The room was great. I like the contemporary decor and layout. It had everything I needed

I didn't like my experience at the restaurant. I ordered a salad with chicken. It took 30-40 minute to receive it. I was told the chicken breast just came off the grill. It was stone cold. If it just came off the grill, they must have put it in the frig. The chicken was tough so another sign it was not just cooked. The waitress informed me that the manager took 10% off my bill. I was insulted. The meal should have been free. The waitress took 50% off the bill - as she stated it was done on her own accord. On another issue, the front desk told me to pay for the parking when I leave and it should only be $4-$6. I was charged $14.

Room spacious, comfortable and clean. Staff super efficient in check-in/out, hotel very well equipped to handle large surges of people coming and going to the airport - they even have flight monitors in the reception area. Well managed and friendly place. Restaurant, with an outside terrace overlooking a pond, serves good reasonably-priced food and offers a nice ambiance before getting on/off a long flight. Seems people from surrounding office parks also eat here. Shuttle bus, book at reception, as it fills up.

Parking fee was too high, so we (and others) ended up parking on the street.

Staff at the front desk was extremely helpful and exceptionally cheerful. They set the tone for guests as the main point of contact for most everything, and they asked all the right questions to determine the best location for our room based on our needs. Our room was convenient to the things that we needed access to, and when you're traveling with a 92-year-old, that is incredibly helpful!

The only downside was that room service is no longer available; however, we were able to order to go from the onsite restaurant so that softened the blow a bit.

I loved the breakfast!!! - probably best of last 30 hotels. Lots of choices, things were hot, attendant was welcoming and friendly. The arrangement of food, utensils, hot and cold foods was GREAT!! I liked that the trash can was emptied and usable - not overflowing like many breakfast places. I give a high A++.

When I arrived at the airport around midnight, I was sad to learn that there was NO hotel driver on duty to pick me up, The hotel did call an Uber car and paid for the transportation - it all worked out fine - I just missed the "Welcome! Glad you are staying with us - how was your trip? BUT ... it was late at night - probably not too many incoming hotel guests. The Uber driver got another call for another guest going to the same hotel while I was riding - - maybe it was an emergency, sickness, etc. BUT it all worked out!!!!

The staff at the hotel restaurant bar and grill went completely above normal service. We should have remembered her name. It was Tuesday day shift October first. We were there early before lunch, and she made sure we had our order in and extremely friendly . Gave us excellent service. To the point that we will now always stay in this hotel when we travel out of Portland. I know people going to the airport we are just another number as it is busy and crowded but she made us feel welcomed, and it was just such a great exp experience. I was so glad we decided to arrive early and eat lunch at our hotel because of her.

Quiet, awesome room, super comfortable bed and pillows, professional yet fun staff - especially the night crew who checked us in after 1 am!

The paid breakfast buffet was really lacking and not consistent with the cost. Needed better attention paid to food and dish restocking, and self-serve juice and coffee (with more creamer options for coffee beyond the half-and-half that was automatically served with it when I had to order coffee from the waitstaff).

Nice view of lake. Windows open which was nice to have fresh air. Husband had surgery in Vancouver and we wanted to stay close to the hospital since we live about 2hrs away. Convenient location. Streets around have been cleaned up since our last stay there. We will use this property again.

That you have to pay for parking. $14 per night. Ordered food from restaurant to take up to room. Got back to room, opposite side of hotel, and realized we had no silverware. Went back down and was told they were running low so that's why I didn't get any. Finally able to get some. Food was fine. Salad had some greens that were pretty old. Should have stuck with fries.

Room size was excellent. Staff was friendly and property was kept clean. We traveled with 2 small dogs and the pet fee was only $25 USD total, vs other hotels that charge that or more per pet per night. Gym was more than decent and it had a nice small lake with a walk way behind the property where we were able to walk our dogs.

All good, a bit of a surprise that the parking wasn't free, but I may have missed on the description when I booked. No biggie as it wasn't that expensive and there was plenty of safe space to park outside for free.

Room was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Always love the water feature out front. Location was great for airport. Love the smart TV, was able to log into a TV app.

Im a facilities director, so I see it all. Just off the top of my head, Carpet in Hall ways needed vacuumed, hallway carpets need cleaned. Light covers in elevators need cleaned, missing light cover in elevator. Internet was in and out.
