Sydney provided excellent and speedy customer service. I was exhausted when I got there, and just wanted to shower and sleep. She had me checked in super quickly, and included everything I needed to know. Hot coffee in the Morning made my day, and the room was comfortable and clean.

When i showered water was leaking all over the bathroom, but I don't have to clean it, so I don't care. I did not like that my sheet had a stain on it. It was hard to tell if it was washed or not, since it was kinda sticky... but I was too tired to complain about it, and just decided to wash my pajamas the next day. Wouldn't have slept naked in these sheets... because you never know, lol

We arrived late in the evening having driven down from Seattle....The person behind the desk was very curious and got us our room and all set up for the evening....Our room was not more than 50 feet from the front desk....parking was very good close to the front....

Only were staying for the night....The room wS big....bed was comfortable and the restaurant was just a little jog from the front desk....

The breakfast was good. Reasonable amount of options available. COVID taught the value of cleanliness and how to keep each other safe by having individually packaged servings and minimalizing communal items.

There was a significant amount of construction in the nearby and surrounding area during our stay. As a non resident/ out of state vacationing guest, it would be nice if a URL link was provided when a reservation is confirmed so guests would be able to know where to find information about upcoming road closures or events that could impact their stay.

The location was great! Lots of restaurants nearby and close to the freeway. The bed was super comfortable. The staff went above and beyond as I needed an outlet to plug in a heater in my car and they helped me take care of that.

I had a ground floor room right by the office and it was very noisy all night. Also, the breakfast was not good. Eggs were not great and sausage was very overcooked. I love having the breakfast - but maybe a little more attention to how it's cooked.

Kind and helpful people at the front desk especially swing and night shifts. Comfortable beds, plenty of pillows, clean bathroom, quiet. Good breakfast included. Also, it's nice the room included a refrigerator and microwave.

It would be nice to have a location closer to St. Vincent Hospital, but it was really ok. Easy access to freeways.

Location and parking were convenient. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet was fine.

There seemed to be non-guests occupying the parking lot, perhaps living out of their car that made me uneasy.

Everything about this property is exceptional starting with a fast acting problem solving crew. It’s a team effort from the front to the back of the property. Clean and secure feels like home away from home.

The fact I couldn’t stay a whole week cause I’m broke😁

The room was a really nice size.

A lot of noise from other rooms. Had to call the front desk to ask them to be quiet. Children running and yelling in the hallway. The toilet and shower area was very small, especially for a plus sized person.

It was good and delicious food👍

The heater in the bathroom was hot for us, maybe make it little cooler. Ac and fan were working good. We like the fridge.

We were not informed upon check in that we had to request cleaning services for our room. When we let the front desk know this, we were simply told there was nothing they could do.
