We stayed 2 weeks at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was good although they seemed at times a bit short staffed. Since we were there for several days, it was great to have access to a laundry.

Maybe because we had a long stay, the hotel split my one reservation into two reservations which met I had to recheck in a few days later. They were able, however, to keep me in the same room even though it was a bit inconvenient to have to repeat the check-in process. The paid parking places were a little tight.

Nice and comfortable room, clean bathroom, extra towels, good area

- Initially the room had dirty pillows with a small stain and hair on them. The problem was promptly resolved. - The room has no climate control. The air conditioner can be set to warm or cold mode. It's a small problem. - The cafe downstairs is open for limited hours. But there are quite a few good places nearby

Everything about it was clean, bed, towels, toilet, though amenities were scarce, you could refill your jugs with a water dispenser at the ground floor. We also loved the gym, the family area & patio. We also like the tv bec it can hook you up to your own Netflix account among others.

Perhaps there can be more convenience stores that are located nearby. Perhaps a Safeway the area just like a Starbucks that was within reach.

The afternoon/evening bistro cook was extremely overloaded with hungry guests. Remained focused, courteous and worked really really hard. Truly commendable. The front desk person came to help when possible.

Just to be nitpicking and trying to think of something negative…..not a great tv set by today’s standards.But it worked and everything else 5 stars!!!

The room was very clean and quiet

I went to the bar to get a glass of wine and it appeared very disorganized and food and dishes all over the place. It made me feel like it was dirty and I didn’t want to eat there.

There is not a swimming pool anymore😒

I liked the location. I booked for my family so they could be close to my home in Tualatin, and I loved that it was right off the highway and just a quick 5 minute drive from town. It's also close to the Bridgeport Mall in Tigard, which is a great place for quick shopping, decent restaurants, and a pretty Regal theatre. You are also 10-15 minutes from downtown Portland.

I can't list anything since I didn't personally stay here, but my family had no complaints while they were there!

Great updates lobby. Friendly check-in staff. Room was spacious and very clean. Fast EV car charge, 3 EV charging options. 2 cars can charge at once.

Rooms are a little outdated. But I’m just reaching to find something to write as a con. It was a great stay!

Loved the room, staff, lounge, game room

The people above our room were very loud most of the night and we were surprised at how much we could hear from the ceiling!

The food at the Bistro was excellent. The service was timely and friendly.

The room could have been more spacious, but it met our needs.
