The breakfast at your facility was the best I have ever experienced.. The wide selection of hot and cold items exceeded our expectations. That's why we choose Best Western first. The beds also impressed us..so comfortable. Great staff make great stays.

Additional table space for suitcase and other items should be added.

Price in remote area. I’m going to stay next week in a hotel for $40 more in the city next to theaters and fine dining and a 4.5 star hotel suite with 2 rooms, 3 beds and 2 bathrooms. I think the price in this remote area a bit industrial with only fast food nearby doesn’t feel right. Felt a bit like price gouging. I could have stayed in a hotel in Hawaii for this price. Just being honest. My room was termed a “suite” but was like any other “room.”

Breakfast was good and area was clean. The whole hotel looked clean and neat.

The pet area wasn't fenced and there were druggie, homeless looking people nearby. We had a disabled room (which we didn't need) and noticed there was no shower for a wheelchair, only a step over bathtub.

Comfy room, environment. Room size was great, we were also next to everything we needed to get to in to town.

The jacuzzi needed a little cleaning, the jets were dirty.The hideabed had debris that was left from other people staying there.

A nice property, close to a freeway exit and easy to find. Ontario is a slow paced town, which I enjoy. The room was spacious and overall comfortable. Boise is getting quite busy and expensive, and Ontario is an option to consider for people on a road trip.

The mattress was a little soft. Pillows on the other hand were too thick and firm. Lighting in the room is quite dim. We traveled with our dogs, and our pet-friendly room was fully carpeted. Would prefer pet rooms to have tile or linoleum.

We loved how friendly the staff was, the breakfast buffet which was excellent, and the rooms were perfect.

It was full the night we stayed so we were not able to get rooms together, but it was a very minor issue.

The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and polite. Juice and coffee were available 24/7 near the front desk. The pool and hot tub were also available around the clock.

Although a two story property, there were no elevators. Being well and healthy, we had no problem with it, but others might have difficulty.

They’re hospitable. We love the free breakfast, easy access of water refill, juice and coffee. Thank you again for the room upgrade, cake and balloons for my Husband’s birthday.

There were lots of options at breakfast and it was nice to have tables and chairs in the breakfast area. The woman at the check in desk was very welcoming and friendly.

It would have been nice to have an elevator.

The breakfast meets Best Western standards, and the indoor pool and jacuzzi were very nice to enjoy on such a hot day.

The internet was a bit slow in the evening, and the room coffee was better than the weak coffee from the machine. This is also a common feature at other BW hotels. They can learn something from McDonalds.
