The staff were polite and very accommodating

the lighting in the room was very dim and made it difficult to see.

Bed was comfy and the man at the front desk was very nice an understanding when we were scammed at the hotel next to him.

COCKROACHES!!!!!!! Way to much money for how dated this hotel is. The bathroom wasn't cleanrs from the previous guest open soap bloody towels and dead coackroaxh in the tub. Was supposed to be a king bed but ended up being 2 queen went to front desk and the owner acted like he was doing me a favor keeping me in the 2 bedroom room well sir the king bedroom was more expensive sooooo.....where my money? Not to mention the TV didn't work ALL NIgHT!

The price was right.

No breakfast, just coffee. They couldn’t give me the room I wanted because of an altercation that left the window broken. As a result of that, I had to drag my luggage upstairs and to the most remote part of the establishment.

It smelled bad in the halls and our lightbulb in the bathroom was hanging out of the fixture

We walked in and there was a filthy towel laying on the table, the bathroom was dirty and the lights heated up the bathroom to about 90 degrees. We didn't even stay, we left and stayed at another hotel.

The water pressure in the shower was probably the only good thing about the room.

When I arrived the hotel didn't have any rooms matching the criteria that I had reserved. I had reserved a suite room with with two beds but none were available. I had made the reservation in April of this year and went to hotel in August. The hotel had a pool onsite but the pool was not opened for the season. The winter cover was only partially on and the pool water looked like it hadn't been open in years. The inside of the room looked very out of date and didn't look like any renovations had happened in many years. I was not offered any sort of discount to accommodate the fact that my room was unavailable. There was no remote for the TV/ cable box. I was also unable to adjust the temperature in the room lower then 80 degrees. The hallways had an unknown foul smell too.

Very dirty hotel,first room they gave us was dirty and a/c didn't work,the pool was closed which it didn't say anywhere,pool was only reason I chose this besides the price,never again will I use this motel.
