Did not attend breakfast. They serve only 6-9 AM. Room did not receive service 12/24, 12/25. I had to snitch some coffee packets from the cleaning carts. Front desk person not very friendly. Never smiled or seemed to want to engage in any conversation.

Front desk staff not very friendly or welcoming. Had to ask for shower soap (empty) and had to pilfer coffee from the cart in the hallway because room wasn't serviced. We were there 12/23 - 12/27. First time coffee or towels replaced was 12/26. Otherwise, I think the location is great and the room was more than adequate. Good value for the money as well!

Facility and room were clean, bed was comfortable and they have a limited but sufficient breakfast.

The hot tub that I hopes to soak in after hiking all day was out of order and no one I spoke to ahead of time mentioned this not was it posted on their website. Also, they charge $35/dog per night which seems astronomic when the room itself was $120. I had 2 dogs so I paid more than half the room price. I get that they want to make sure there isn’t damage to the room, but isn’t that what the $150 deposit is for?

It is in a very nice location. It is very pretty and you have a nice view and it is very close to restaurants. I found the staff to be very responsive. Unfortunately, when I took my shower, I realized that the shampoo and conditioner bottles were completely empty, which was unfortunate since I already gotten in the shower. I did inform the front desk and they were very prompt in refilling the shampoo and conditioner bottles.

I found the beds to be very firm somewhat elevated for a shorter person and the pillows to be very uncomfortable. I had a difficult time sleeping that night.

We found the hotel in excellent condition,and chose this hotel cause we've been there before and loved it! But this time the staff, (Vicki) was not very friendly. We weren't even in our room for 30 minutes when she called from the front desk, saying the kids are too loud, and that quiet time starts at 10 PM n it was only 4:45! And when we asked for blankets,she said she can only give us one and we were cold.

Location and cleanliness. Everything was newer and bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Could hear a lot of noise/talking from other rooms and people walking (sounded like stomping) around on the floor above us. Also had suite with kitchen but no napkins or paper towels were available. We ordered pizza and had nothing for our hands or faces. Fold out sofa uncomfortable as far as sofas go.

This place was fantastic -- newer hotel, everything spotless, up-to-date, good coffee, tea and cookies awaiting in the lobby, excellent breakfast with sausage, hot eggs and many other things. Quiet, very comfortable bed. The price was great, too. Most hotels of this quality cost much more. Also, we got a 20% discount as hotel patrons at a great little restaurant called Mama Jane's Eatery. If you need to stay anywhere in this area, this is the place to stay at!

Finding the hotel and the check-in process were both easy. The room and the overall property were very clean. It was nice to be able to order a drink at their bar and enjoy it in their outdoor area in the evening. We also really enjoyed the hot tub. Breakfast options were standard, but good. A big plus for us was their dog friendly policy; their thoughtfulness in providing a ziplock bag with a few doggie treats and poop bags was above and beyond when it came to attention to detail!

Everything was fine with our stay.

This was a quiet hotel with comfortable surroundings. It is close to places to eat and shopping for necessities. The breakfast was held in a nice lounge and had a nice variety of items.

The pool was a bit small, but didn't overpower the environment with chlorine smell.

Great facility maintenance, clean, comfortable and cared for. The hotel has an indoor pool, a nice breakfast / bar area, very near to everything in Greenville.. Nice big elevator. Staff was so courteous and helpful. Breakfast was hot and fresh

There is nothing not to like. A great value.

We liked that the room was very clean and very spacious. The temperature of the room was very nice. We also liked how big the bathroom was.

That my wife and I had to make it a short stay due to me having surgery in the early morning on the checkout date.
