The room was clean and comfortable, with a wonderful shower. The breakfast was excellent -- so much variety! We had booked to stay at another hotel, but it was dirty and seemed unsafe, so we were extremely grateful that we found a last-minute room at the Hampton. When we were leaving, my companion misplaced his glasses. We tore the room and the car apart, but eventually gave up looking. I mentioned it at checkout, and the desk person came running out after me to the car; another staff member had found them on the ground outside! We were so glad for the help!

It was more than I had wanted to pay, but the comfort was well worth it!!

Quiet location. Very clean, staff was very helpful. Even had hot chocolate which is a plus as I am allergic to coffee so it was nice to have something warm to drink on chilly night. Loved how early and late the pool area was opened. I cannot say enough about how wonderful the staff was. The room was very comfortable. The staff was also very accommodating with our service dog.

Went to the pool once to find a lady with a dog in the pool area not in the water that I saw. Another lady allowed her child to pee on the floor near the pool seating. Didn’t bother to stop the child or to clean up the mess. Kids were in the hot tub and running wild through out the pool area.

The supervisor, reception, cleaning staff all so courteous. So many little details like happy hour, plenty of quarters, and pretty decent breakfast. The facilities, although on older side, were very clean and well kept. Laundry and dryer machines where very clean and in good condition. What a pleasant surprise this stay was. The staff was amazing. You could tell they took a lot of pride in their establishment.

Staff was helpful, engaging and great. We liked Brent. Room was really clean. Breakfast attendant was very nice and kept foods in extremely excellent order.

It was a little difficult to find Dawn Drive and to spot the hotel up a hill on that drive. We passed it and turned around on a round about and found it on the way back. We paid $200 online because we didn’t call direct for bereavement rate. So it was pricey for us but bed bug report said it was bug free.

The location met our needs perfectly. The breakfast was wonderful fully stocked and great food with lots of options. The hotel was very clean and welcoming. We had an amazing stay and would definitely stay again. All staff we had encountered was extremely helpful and super nice.

There really wasn't anything that we did not like during out stay.

The front desk desk service was great checking in and checking out. Loved the cookies and Robin Eggs. The breakfast had lots of variety and was very good. The bed was very comfortable.

Nothing. Best place in Meadville to stay. One can tell that this hotel wants to ensure that they are the best.

The breakfast was acceptable yet surprisingly not as fresh, or well prepared by a place I had stayed in another comparable rural area that was half the price. However, my daughter did appreciate the cookies available at the reception when we arrive in the afternoon, a nice touch by the reception. The rooms are very nicely renovated, the beds are very comfy, outstanding mattresses. Spacious bathrooms! The pool and the jacuzzi are clean and enjoyable.

Improvements in seating in the breakfast room, the chairs are fine yet the sofas and soft lounge chairs let one sink in and are not supportive of the back, for guests who need this support. I would appreciate exceptions to be made for a delay in check out, one hour would assist those who need this,

Staff was super friendly, especially Brent at the front desk. Rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. Breakfast was great with so many options. I was full and satisfied after the breakfast. There are breakfast to go bags to take with you if you want. Cookies were servived upon checking in. They were delicious. The location was right off the highway Easy access. There is a Sheetz just down the road. I forgot a shaving razor. Morning staff was happy to give me one and packets of shaving cream.

The front desk staff was welcoming and professional. The facilities were basically immaculate, including our room, the lobby, dining area and pool. Breakfast was delicious and the lady who worked it was amazing!

Room was nice. A tad spendy.

Had difficulty checking in. They said they didn't receive the reservation from Booking.com yet...we had to leave and get something to eat, while they called the head office to find out how to locate our reservation. In the meantime, a walk-in could have taken our reserved room.☹️
