Room was very quiet and comfortable. I appreciated the sitting chair, and I took advantage of the Veteran's Parking spot. I have to make this trip every 2 weeks, so pricing is important as well. This hotel is conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. As long as I can keep the cost for hotel accommodations down, I will continue to reserve a room here.

The outside of the window could use cleaning. There is not one western channel on the TV channel lineup.

The walls and ceilings are very thin. The room can be very noisy. The first night there was loud music and floor thumping above us. Despite guests signing an agreement for no loud parties. The second night, the staff purposefully left that room empty for us and the night was quiet and very restful. Thanks to the staff. They are very proactive to act on noise complaints.

The staff was very nice! The price was really good and reasonable. We stayed in a jacuzzi suite and room was really nice! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

The room had a bit of a smoky smell but considering smoking was everywhere back in the day, its probably a lil hard to get the smell completely out. Could hear water running in other rooms through the walls quite a bit, but neither of those things bothered us too much. Common things that are expected!

Customer service was attentive and very pleasant. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast, though limited options, was well-presented. Dining area was kept spotless and coffee hot and tasty.

Room rates were reasonable and a good value, however, pet fees were excessive. $50 per pet PER DAY fee far exceeds higher-star hotels fees.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The staff was nice. Breakfast had a selection of food. It did not have eggs and sausage/bacon but, there was a variety of other foods to choose from including fresh apples and bananas, yogurt, pancakes, oatmeal, rolls. I feel the breakfast meal was sufficient and satisfying.

Breakfast was limited to yogurt, coffee cake, and muffins. The bed was very comfortable. The entire room was very clean. Had new carpeting, and a very nice walk in shower with plenty of grab bars. The staff was friendly, polite, and helpful. Both for check in, and for check out in the morning.

There was no parking very close to the lobby. I didn't even see any handicap parking spaces! Limited breakfast choices.

Convenient to Rt 80. Clean room, bed reasonably comfortable and clean(!). We were there one night and it was very good. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Being close to highways and overnight construction made it difficult to sleep. (Not the hotel’s fault)

Good location during our return trip to MI after visiting family in CT.

Was hard to find because the outside sign wasn’t on and I kept passing it up. Our room was near the entrance and we could hear guests arriving after 10:30 pm when we were already in bed.

The cleanliness, the room itself was very combfortable and the a/c was very nice for the rising summer temperatures.

Nothing honestly, everything that we needed was either at the hotel itself or within 10 minutes away.

Property was clean and well maintained. We stayed in an accessible room which had a lovely shower with no obstructions on the floor and included a great shower bench. Thank you so much for that!
