Excellent location for me, just off Interstate 80; very good hotel; very good room; great breakfast.

I had a lot of trouble getting on to WiFi, both on my laptop and on my IPhone. The user name I was told to use didn't seem to work. Finally the man at the reception desk recommended I use Cisco to get online on my IPhone and then I could access my emails.

Our room and the hotel was well equipped and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. We were very happy with our stay.

Our only negative is that the walls seem thin. When we arrived, the people in the room next door were playing loud music. However, the staff member at reception called them and the noise stopped. The rest of our stay was quiet and pleasant.

Very clean and nice, staff were friendly, shower was amazing with built in body wash, shampoo and conditioner.

The bed, very hard and uncomfortable if you have back problems (and I do) not good at all. Breakfast could offer sausage or bacon, had smoked sausage not breakfast sausage. Other wise everything was great

Easily accessible from the Ohio Turnpike with lots of parking for our 20ft moving van. Also, walking distance from an excellent restaurant called Station Square, where we ate after arrival. And the restaurant gave us a discount because we were guests at the Hampton Inn.

Everything was fine except we couldn’t open the blinds in our room, but we would stay here again if we were going to do the same journey.

Everything in the room was very clean, for a pet friendly hotel, this means a lot of work to deep clean like this. Beds were very comfortable! Breakfast was diverse and nutritious and staff was very attentive to clean any spills, replenish foods, etc. Checkout was a breeze. All staff members were exceptionally professional and seemed relaxed at the same time.

Linens were nice and very clean. Liked the abundance of towels and hooks in bathroom. Bathroom was nice and clean. Ray at the desk was very kind.

Room smelled like there were pets and there was a septic type odor that came from the sink.

Very close to I 80, yet quiet. The staff was super friendly and polite. All the common areas and the rooms are very clean. At breakfast, they provided sandwich bags to make snacks for the road.

The bathroom was very clean but a little worn. No decent place to eat nearby, although this is not the hotels fault.

Bed and pillows are very comfortable. The entire hotel seemed very clean. Breakfast is always good and well stocked, except we run out of the higher octane coffee often

Not one channel on the TV that shows westerns.

We have stayed here each time we travel this way, and it is always very clean and comfortable. The staff are very courteous and welcoming. The breakfast is very good.

We were amazed by the friendly and very helpful staff. The breakfast was by far the best breakfast we have ever had at a hotel, and we would know because we've been traveling a lot!!
