I was first impressed that the lobby was very clean. The gentleman who registered me was clean, polite, friendly, welcoming, respectful. The room was very spotless clean. Bathroom was excellent. I had use of the handicapped, accessible room. Ideal size and logistically well done including wide doors, wide shower seat, handheld had three positions if wanted stationary heights, furniture was ample, lighting a nice soft light.

Just that I could'nt stay longer...oh I forgot to mention to the desk person...the office chair went low and I couldn't get it to stay up top level lol, I'm 5'4" and so what I did was put three bed pillows on the seat and it worked for me. Maybe not for others. There was another chair but I needed to do some paper work. Maybe a fix for that chair, or a new one from Staples...

There were so many great things about the staff and this Hotel, I hope I don't miss anything. I rarely, if ever mention, that I am a disabled Veteran. The staff member (a gentleman) noticed that I had some difficulty walking. He placed me in a very comfortable,quiet, and clean room. There were no steps, and the room had a walk-in shower. There is also a special parking spot for those who served. Thank you so very much! I am very proud to have served, and it's these kinds of things that make me obliged for the recognition. I typically travel to the Youngstown area every 2 to 3 weeks. I can only hope for room availability when I need to make reservations again. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

The office chair in my room malfunctions. I still used it for my middle of the night wake ups. I often use a chair and heating pad during these times.

The beds are awesome!! And that is why I stay in a hotel, to sleep. To pay about half to 3/4ths less than the expensive motels and still get a fantastic night's sleep, I am very happy!! Only saw coffee and tea offered. So don't know about breakfast. But with the $150 saved, we could do breakfast at Bob Evans if we wanted.

The furniture and carpet are obviously old. But I understand that is why I am getting the discount. So even the "complaint" (that's really no complaint at all) I am perfectly contented with.

I got a clean, comfortable room at a very reasonable price. Staff were friendly, bedding was good, wifi was fast and reliable, and the coffee was good.

The location is not great; it's close to an interstate highway with more road noise than at most similarly situated hotels. The breakfast was pretty sparse, with no hot items -- just bread and rolls, granola bars, two kinds of cereal, instant oatmeal, etc. (But, as I mentioned in another section, the coffee was good.)

Met expectations. Clean, quiet, reasonably priced. Great location once we found the facility.

No issues

The staff was super friendly...the rooms nice and clean! ABSOLUTELY LOVED the mirrors in the bathroom!! A girl's dream with the soft lighting!! The beds were ok...the mattress I had is at the point of replacing but wasn't horrible. The pillows were great. The desk area between the beds was awesome! We were there for a sleep/shower trip so did not eat breakfast so cannot comment on that but it was available. But overall a definite 9.5/10

I could not get hooked into the internet but we were not going to be there that long so I didn't bother trying to get help. The hotel location was a little off the main road...we came in late evening (like 11 pm) and it looked like it wasn't a good place. But once we pulled into the hotel lots were well-lit. So no panic but maybe better signage closer to the main road. Unless we missed it... Lastly...there were plugs next to each bed above the desk area...which is great but most hotels have USB port chargers in that plug or area...they did not have the USB option...so bring your charger brick.

Staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful. I cannot stress this enough, lovely people. The hotel was clean, and beautiful.

The coffee I got out of the machine on the first morning smelled foul. I did not notify the staff due to being in a rush, but I'm confident they would've fixed it if told. The room was poorly ventilated, and the bathroom fan stopped working. These are minor issues to me though!

Very nice and comfortable room. I appreciated the armchair a lot.

I would prefer the front of the building, rather than the rear. Seems that people coming through the back door don't feel the need to be quiet during any hour of the day or night. I can also hear truck traffic from the intestate. That didn't bother me as much as the rude people.

The lady at the front desk at our checkin was SUPER helpful and friendly. Quaker Steak and Lube is an excellent restaurant just on the other side of the road. The room was worn but very clean, it just happened to be a smoking room.

The room was a smoking room so it stank. The front desk lady was apologetic that she couldn't switch it for us. Thankfully the windows opened so we were able to air it out and slept very well.

Close to freeway and fair grounds for swap meet. Only 3 steps to get to our room. My husband has bad knees. Close to many restaurants. Room was clean.

The continental breakfast really needs to get hot food. Bacon, eggs and sausage would really work.
