Beds were comfortable, room was very clean, bed was comfortable. Staff were attentive. Breakfast area clean and basic continental cold breakfast items . Breakfast are was very clean. Great price for a basic overnight stay.

Microwave in room was not working as well as juice machine in breakfast area. Smoking allowed right outside lobby door which brought the smoke and smell into the hotel. . Towels on floor ( assume a leak somewhere?) entrance to hotel. Smell Of cigarettes and vapes throughout the hotel, however my non smoking room did not have an odor.

The staff at this hotel lead the way for other hotel staff when it comes to accommodating someone. Instead of telling you they will do the best they can. They will understand your request, and it has been my experience, this staff has always accommodated my special requests. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. The desk person is always working and will give you a greeting and a smile.

I have to travel further to my destinations, but staying at this hotel is worth it. West Middlesex is much closer, but that staff there is vindictive and are interested more with their phones than anything else.

It's a great value for the price. Has everything you need for a good night of sleep. Very nice hosts, helped me with rolling our wagon thru the small steps on the 1st floor. It has a decent gym and laundry (did not use). Everything was clean. Breakfast had fresh apples, yogurt, toasts, coffee etc. Coffee and hot water for tee are available anytime.

Lightning was minimal but enough to watch TV and go to sleep and move around the room. The only reason I even remember it because we took pictures of decorations above beds. My daughter always requests muffins for breakfast but there were none when we came, around 7:45-8am, not at the last moment. I saw other people eating muffins so it was gone, but it's not the real issue. Juice machine did not work but it's fine because overall it's a good value for the price, will stay again.

I was first impressed that the lobby was very clean. The gentleman who registered me was clean, polite, friendly, welcoming, respectful. The room was very spotless clean. Bathroom was excellent. I had use of the handicapped, accessible room. Ideal size and logistically well done including wide doors, wide shower seat, handheld had three positions if wanted stationary heights, furniture was ample, lighting a nice soft light.

Just that I could'nt stay longer...oh I forgot to mention to the desk person...the office chair went low and I couldn't get it to stay up top level lol, I'm 5'4" and so what I did was put three bed pillows on the seat and it worked for me. Maybe not for others. There was another chair but I needed to do some paper work. Maybe a fix for that chair, or a new one from Staples...

There were so many great things about the staff and this Hotel, I hope I don't miss anything. I rarely, if ever mention, that I am a disabled Veteran. The staff member (a gentleman) noticed that I had some difficulty walking. He placed me in a very comfortable,quiet, and clean room. There were no steps, and the room had a walk-in shower. There is also a special parking spot for those who served. Thank you so very much! I am very proud to have served, and it's these kinds of things that make me obliged for the recognition. I typically travel to the Youngstown area every 2 to 3 weeks. I can only hope for room availability when I need to make reservations again. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

The office chair in my room malfunctions. I still used it for my middle of the night wake ups. I often use a chair and heating pad during these times.

The beds are awesome!! And that is why I stay in a hotel, to sleep. To pay about half to 3/4ths less than the expensive motels and still get a fantastic night's sleep, I am very happy!! Only saw coffee and tea offered. So don't know about breakfast. But with the $150 saved, we could do breakfast at Bob Evans if we wanted.

The furniture and carpet are obviously old. But I understand that is why I am getting the discount. So even the "complaint" (that's really no complaint at all) I am perfectly contented with.

I appreciate the fact that, when I book a room early enough in the week, I know which room I will get. The staff tries hard to maintain consistency for me. I'm greeted with a smile, and I am treated like a friend. This hotel is in a great location for the Casino, shopping and any kind of food you want. The hotel offers a nice continental breakfast, and if you need coffee anytime during your stay, it's available.

I got a clean, comfortable room at a very reasonable price. Staff were friendly, bedding was good, wifi was fast and reliable, and the coffee was good.

The location is not great; it's close to an interstate highway with more road noise than at most similarly situated hotels. The breakfast was pretty sparse, with no hot items -- just bread and rolls, granola bars, two kinds of cereal, instant oatmeal, etc. (But, as I mentioned in another section, the coffee was good.)

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was well stocked and there were vending machines available. The laundry area was conveniently located and there was fitness equipment. Nice tv

I ran out of toilet paper there was only one roll and there were no spoons at breakfast so I ate cereal and yogurt with a fork.TV channel lists need to be updated tv was unplugged so I had to figure that out

My room is always very clean. Air conditioning and heat works fantastic. The room offers a quiet, comfortable sleep. WIFI is reliable if you want to stream any of your favorite shows or watch YouTube. This hotel is close to shopping and restaurants, as well it's just a few blocks from the Hollywood Casino. A great little continental breakfast and tasty coffee will definitely get your day started.
