The bed and pillows were super comfortable. Location was very convenient for our plans, although it was very run down outside. Our room was clean although the rest of the hotel was dingy.

The hotel was very old and outdated, and the halls and elevators very dingy with dirty carpeting. The elevators hadn't been vacuumed or carpet shampooed for a very long time. We felt that the hotel does not meet the standards we are used to from the Baymont/Wyndham name. We walked past the breakfast room 30 minutes before closing and the room was dark with no sign of having served anything. No coffee, nothing.

The breakfast was lame. They had little plastic water cups to put coffee in. I went to denny’s

The signs weren’t lit, and I had trouble finding the place. GPS told me I had reached my destination when I was under the over pass of the highway. I had to pull over and look around I finally saw the big sig that you should see from the highway but it wasn’t lit. The hotel looked dark also. Like it wasn’t in operation.

The room was very clean very satisfied

Luggage carts need fixed and updated and front desk clerk just asked me for my room number when I locked my key in my room, I felt he should’ve asked me for my drivers license to make sure that I was the right person in the right room. That’s a security breach.

Didn't get a chance to experience breakfast but it was constant language barriers with staff outside of the main desk which made it a little difficult but front desk very friendly and sweet

Front desk “Ceely” was so kind and accommodating to our large family. It appears they are renovating, and it will be very nice. We had renovated rooms, everything was comfortable and very clean. I’m super picky, so it was spotless. Breakfast was slim pickings, but they appeared to have three busses full of very large teams, so maybe we went down at the wrong time. We were hauling a large boat, had plenty of room to park.

First,I was slightly hesitant about this hotel based on some reviews. However,this hotel was actually quite nice for a great price! Definitely an older hotel but it was clean,staff was quick to help,restock our towels,pillows etc. Every staff member was so polite. Pool was great,area was clean,pool was clean and clean towels were always stocked. Our kids had a blast! Definitely kid friendly! And the best hidden gem was the Hotel restaurant!!!! Seriously,best authentic Mexican food ever!! Casa Ramirez has the best rice and their fajitas were phenomenal ❤️😁 Staff was quick and super nice! Do yourself a favor and go! Even if it's just for their fresh guacamole and tasty margaritas! All in all it was a very comfy,decent hotel if your looking for a good price😊😊😊😊

Could use some updates but nothing major

Rooms were clean, bed was comfy.

Facilities looked worn and somewhat dingy. Elevator was graffitied.

A great size room for the price. The people at the desk were nice.

The door between my room and someone else's room. The wifi didn't work. Outside by the pool, there was broken glass that wasn't cleaned up.

The room was great. The staff was extremely helpful. The location was rundown. The parking lot was not lit well and it was a little scary walking to the front entrance with a large number (10+) of young men in their twenties smoking by the entrance..

Nervous walking from the car into the building with a large group of men hanging around the entrance and smell of cigarettes and pot in the air.

Nice and quiet, amazing breakfast choices, close to the concert venue.

Check in on the site was 3pm, we got to the hotel about 3:30 to find that check in is at 4. Room wasn’t ready so they offered us a smoking room which we don’t smoke. Told them I want a non smoking room. Luckily, she told us they’d clean one right away so we went to eat to wait.
