The restaurant on property was great , being able to go downstairs for a wonderful meal was perfect without having to go out in the cold weather , size of the room was great.

Communication between the restaurant and front desk staff could be better. I wasn't told that I would need to make a reservation to have dinner there when asked . I was just told they close at 10pm. Went down for dinner at 7pm and was told that reservations are usually made but I could be put on a wait list that had a 40 min wait time. So we just ordered room service. However, that was an issue also. The room service button on phone didn't work , had to be connected to restaurant by calling the front desk and being transferred. Front desk clerk in the morning wasn't really friendly and seem to be irritated when asked questions.. TOO EARLY FOR ATTITUDE

Hotel itself was beautiful. Room was huge and clean and quiet. Staff was very nice and helpful. Cookies were delicious. Parking was close and safe (and $12). We also received drink tickets for their bar - LOVED THAT! Also, I ended up getting charged the wrong rate ($329 instead of $239) - and I sent them a message through Booking.com and they got back to me and apologized and refunded the difference. AMAZING!!

Not a dislike, but a head's up for some - lobby is located on 2nd floor of building, so just keep that in mind. There are stairs and an elevator.

It was a comfortable, clean room and fairly large. It was convenient for us location- wise, and the gym was great for a traveler with basic needs. It had more drawers than some hotels a mini fridge which is good for families and comfortable beds!

The restaurant was always closed at night and in the mornings the played music on outdoor speakers right below the room that was very loud. I’m a light sleeper and found this annoying.

Comfortable bed and clean. The check in was quick and the gentleman who checked us in was very pleasant and helpful.

The Bistro breakfast was a buffet and the food was cold. The staff was great but the food was not. Bottled water was $2.50. Seems petty for a nice room. There was very little lotion left in the bottle.

I particularly liked the architecture of the hotel.

I did not like that you cannot get an Uber at the hotel, the coffee was not good and the ladies at the front desk did not have much of a welcoming personality.

Loved how the old building was reused and turned into the hotel. Great architecture! Then you walk into your room & just comfort & modern!

No pool or hot tub. We also wish the bar was open later and breakfast was available later too.

Clean, comfortable rooms. In general, like the atmosphere of the hotel in a historic building .

The hotel bar on the second floor was closed on Wednesday evening (8:30pm) March 19th.

There were a couple of weddings and on my floor the guests had a party in the hallway until 3am. It was terrible for sleeping. I was so tired I could not report them, but otherwise it was an unusual set-up for a hotel. Liked having parking so accessible even though it is outside. Loved the food and bar tenders, they made me feel welcome that night. The restaurant manager next day must have had a rough night before.

Would have been nice to have covered parking with an entrance into the hotel lobby. Was difficult to get served for breakfast, because there were several large parties and we were neglected on the patio.

the room design was great!

the construction outside was very inconvenient and they started working which woke us up before 7 am after having a late night.

Close to restaurants and within walking distance of the event we were attending.

Maintenance did not fix a broken toilet in time...had to use the bathroom on the 2nd floor and we were on the 9th floor.
