Staff was very friendly, welcoming and attentive !! Very clean throughout the hotel. Our room was very clean and comfortable!! The breakfast area has plenty of comfortable seating and good selection of packaged and fresh breakfast items!! I almost did not book this hotel because of the negative review that I read about the hotel. I am SO glad we did have our stay there!!! It truly was a very nice experience with all the staff and very clean, which is always important to us.!! This is the first review I’ve ever actually written for a hotel and I’ve traveled a lot!! but I wanted to share with others that this is a very nice hotel and not to be misled by that review.

Breakfast was good and a longer time than some hotels (630ish to 930 I think). Bacon, eggs, waffles, bagels, muffins, cereal, oatmeal, coffee, and yogurts.

Family of 5, came for eclipse. We stayed 2 nights and room service didn't come in the middle. So we had to keep asking for extra towels, extra shampoo etc (showered a lot because of pool use). Had to ask for bedding for the pull out couch my youngest slept on and they gave us only a sheet and blanket (no bottom sheet or mattress pad). Wished there were extra linens and towels in room. The pool was nice (we used it multiple times) but the towels at the pool were TINY and again had to keep asking for more. But the towels were supposed to stay at the pool so we didn't bring bathrobes so had to go from the pool to our room wet and in our swimsuits which was a bit awkward. Overall good experience just wish they weren't stingy with supplies.

The manager was very friendly and accommodating.. Good breakfast.

Older mattresses, things starting to show their age. The elevator was very slow. No one seems to keep track of the luggage dolly's. we waited for over 45 minutes for one to show up, but never did.

Very good location near the OH-PA state line. Nice place to rest for during a road trip. There are some fast food restaurants and grocery shops nearby. The hotel has ample parking space, clean room and good breakfast.

Nothing to complain.

Facility easily located. Could access interior areas without feeling as though I was walking for miles. Plenty of towels and nice array of hot beverages in room. I could open the third floor window for fresh air.

Bed could have been more comfortable, sheets so wrinkled it made me feel as though they hadn’t been changed since previous guest.

The room and facilities were good.

Having to put a $200 deposit on the spa bath tub in the room that wasn't mentioned on booking the room, 3 business days and I still didn't get the deposit back in my account, tomorrow will be the 4th day, hopefully I won't have to call them again.

Lobby was nice. Parking was ample.

Staff was indifferent during check in, answered the phone while I was checking in. Computers were slow while checking in making the whole process longer. One bed was very squeaky.

Swimming pool and Jacuzzi. They have breakfast in the morning with coffee and it’s right off the highway. The people that work and run the place are so accommodating and so nice. I feel very comfortable staying there and I stay here 8 times a year. Mid way point to see my family.

The staff was very nice, comfortable bed and breakfast was good.

Hotel needs updated. Pillows were very uncomfortable. Air conditioner was very noisy. Had to turn to lowest setting to cool the room.

I always stay here on my way to Indiana.  The people that work here are so friendly. I love the swimming pool and Jacuzzi. The rooms are clean and comfortable and I love the breakfast they offer.
