Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable, clean room.

The walls and ceilings are very thin. The room can be very noisy. The first night there was loud music and floor thumping above us. Despite guests signing an agreement for no loud parties. The second night, the staff purposefully left that room empty for us and the night was quiet and very restful. Thanks to the staff. They are very proactive to act on noise complaints.

The staff was very nice! The price was really good and reasonable. We stayed in a jacuzzi suite and room was really nice! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

The room had a bit of a smoky smell but considering smoking was everywhere back in the day, its probably a lil hard to get the smell completely out. Could hear water running in other rooms through the walls quite a bit, but neither of those things bothered us too much. Common things that are expected!

Customer service was attentive and very pleasant. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast, though limited options, was well-presented. Dining area was kept spotless and coffee hot and tasty.

Room rates were reasonable and a good value, however, pet fees were excessive. $50 per pet PER DAY fee far exceeds higher-star hotels fees.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The staff was nice. Breakfast had a selection of food. It did not have eggs and sausage/bacon but, there was a variety of other foods to choose from including fresh apples and bananas, yogurt, pancakes, oatmeal, rolls. I feel the breakfast meal was sufficient and satisfying.

Breakfast was limited to yogurt, coffee cake, and muffins. The bed was very comfortable. The entire room was very clean. Had new carpeting, and a very nice walk in shower with plenty of grab bars. The staff was friendly, polite, and helpful. Both for check in, and for check out in the morning.

There was no parking very close to the lobby. I didn't even see any handicap parking spaces! Limited breakfast choices.

Good location during our return trip to MI after visiting family in CT.

Was hard to find because the outside sign wasn’t on and I kept passing it up. Our room was near the entrance and we could hear guests arriving after 10:30 pm when we were already in bed.

Very Good, I just grabbed an apple for later, My wife was very happy!

Nothing, except there was some garbage thrown in the parking lot that looked to be there in the early morning. I didn't like that, almost turned around and left!

The exterior was well maintained. All of the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was decent. Easy check in-out

The floors needed some attention and a better cleaning, the bathroom was slippery and the elevator and hallways were all sticky

It is supposed to be a smoke-free environment but we could smell that somebody was smoking near our room.

Very friendly staff! Clean rooms. Comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast is 6-9. Small breakfast but good, Muffins, Juice, Fresh Fruit, Fresh Pancakes.
