The property is located very close to all the amenities, a short drive away from the Mall and all shopping areas. Not to mention around the corner from several food facilities. It was very clean and feels newly built. Staff was friendly and air con was very helpful during the heatwave. Bed was very large as was the room, felt clean and spacious.

Everything was great, only thing I’d say was to keep on top of cleaning the bathroom facilities a bit better as shower curtain was dirty (:

Breakfast was filing and the area was clean. The hotel seemed updated and clean. They allowed me to check in early. The staff person who checked me in was friendly and helpful. Kitchenette was nice to have as was the couch and chair in the sitting area. The bathroom was exceptionally clean. The room was spacious. My son used the fitness room and liked it. There was ample parking. The hotel’s proximity to the highway, restaurants and shopping was excellent.

There wasn’t anyone at the front desk when I arrived. I called the phone number posted and the phones rang at the desk in front of me. I waited approximately 20 minutes before someone finally approached the desk so I could ask about early check in. I couldn’t receive rewards points for third party reservations. Other hotels allow this. It was a bit frustrating. The walls and floors ar thin. I was in room 216 and I could hear the people moving around above me and I could hear the children in a room close to mine. The mattress is NOT comfortable in any way. My back hurts from sleeping on it for 3 nights. No usb ports to be found. The shower water temperature would go cold half way through my shower and I would have to adjust the temperature.

The property was very clean and the staff was very nice. Complimentary breakfast was pretty good and there was a computer room and exercise room.

The bed was kind of hard, could feel the springs. Would benefit from better, softer beds, possibly memory foam. The jets in the jacuzzi were non- existent it was warm but without the jets it was like soaking in a hot bath. Could use some vending machines, but they did sell some stuff at the front desk.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent.

The only thing I didn’t like was the pool area. It’s indoor and extremely hot. We wouldn’t stand to sit in there. It echos HORRIBLY. otherwise, this hotel is an excellent place to stay.

The location is excellent! Right next to all shopping and restaurants. Our room was clean and comfortable, and they stock the pharmacopia line of toiletries, which are quite nice. The breakfast was great as well. We didn't use the pool, but we saw a group of kids leaving it who looked like they had a great time. Overall, we loved it and would definitely stay here again!

We wished there were USB jacks in the room. We had to hunt down wall blocks to charge our devices.

Breakfast was good. Services were on top of everything. The bed was really comfortable

I didn't like that you could hear people above us walking around at night. My granddaughter spliced chocolate milk on the bed and they charged us $50 for stains.....wasn't aware that chocolate milk stained.

The property was clean and fresh. Room was a great size. Property was close to any major shopping you would want to do and plenty of places to eat.

Loved everything. I’m just sorry I did not get an opportunity to try the delicious breakfast bar😩

The free breakfast was better than expected! The staff was very good! The Exercise Room was decent! The rooms & bathroom were very nice.

It seemed all of my four pillows on my bed were like marshmallows. I prefer a more firm pillow. However I slept great since I was really tired!

I dislike staying in hotels, but this one felt very comfortable, safe and met all my needs.

Breakfast time frame could have been extended a bit longer. 6:30 a.m ending at 9:30 a.m.

The room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean and nice. Hotel staff was friendly and overall facility was very nice.

Breakfast offerings were nothing to write home about. I hate to complain about that as it was included in the price. The pool room was unbearably hot if you weren't swimming. They had it set too high.
