Location, pleasant and helpful staff, comfortable beds, looked clean.

Room had a smaller window and felt dark. Found a couple of things that made me wonder if had really been cleaned well, like the bathroom door had something sticky on it. Had a hard time figuring out how to use the TV, such as changing channels, determining what channels were available, and programming information. I never did figure out how to adjust volume. Overall a good experience with some minor observations. Except, the price also seemed quite high for what the hotel was.

The breakfast was one of the best I have had at a Hampton with so many selections-eggs, sausage, hot oatmeal with toppings, waffles (two flavors), yogurt, cereal, fruit and an assortment of pastries. Everything was well-stocked and hot (or cold). The staff were friendly and helpful when we requested more linens. The hotel is being remodeled, but our room was clean and had all the amenities we needed.

The pool was very small with the deep end only a little over 4 feet. However, it was well-stocked with towels, chairs and end tables. There was also an outdoor patio connected to the pool for just laying out and relaxing. The small size of the pool did not at all deter our grandchildren from enjoying the splashing all three days we were there.

Front desk staff was nice. Housekeeping staff friendly. Breakfast bar very tasty. Room and hotel very clean. Plenty of grassy area to walk the dogs. Super convenient location close to everything.

Not at all pleased with Booking.com. Alot of information about amenities was not mentioned in their information, and they did NOT indicate there was a large fee per dog anyplace on the booking site. I won't use them next time and will instead book directly through the hotel. The hotel was just fine, but I will not ever use Booking.com in the future.

We arrived after having gone to the wrong Hampton Inn first so we were very tired. Staff was great, night and the next morning. And even at the first (wrong) HI we went to. Everything seemed clean. We were very comfy.

The breakfast. It looks like a big buffet, but we are vegetarians and there weren’t any eggs we could eat, so there wasn’t any way to get protein. The only eggs they had had bacon in them and we couldn’t eat them, and there weren’t any hard boiled eggs. The fruit was kind of old. Anyway, a little bit of yogurt and lots of carbs. Fortunately we had protein bars in the car.

I was traveling with a friend for a conference and we stayed here for two nights. We both slept extremely well. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, the room was very quiet, the AC worked well and wasn't loud, and the blackout shades worked well. We appreciated not having to go out for breakfast and there was more than enough choice The manager, Teri, was very accommodating and helpful. The location was back from main traffic artery, but the hotel was still close to everything. The room was clean and large. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We chose this hotel over others because of the pool and were quite disappointed when we arrived and were told that the pool was closed.

I like its environment and surrounding area with green trees. Wi-Fi is not so good for guests. Room services may have some scope for improvement such as interaction with guest day to day necessity.

The whole facility smelled great from the time of entering and the room was very clean.

The pool was salty if the water from the pool got on your lips. I don’t know if it’s from too much chlorine in the pool or what but other than that it was a nice pool with color changing lights in it.

I liked pretty much everything except for the $50 dollar deposit they asked for, it wasn't mentioned at time of booking.

I didn't like having to put $50 more dollars towards deposit I also didn't like that the pool was closed as it played a big part in booking there.

The elevator was out of order. The clerk did not inform us. We were initially assigned a room on an upper floor. My wife has respiratory issues and the stairs were not an option. We asked for a room on the ground floor. The clerk to her credit quickly met our request.

Exceptionally clean lobby, dining area, halls and restrooms near lobby. Front staff were friendly and so helpful.
