It was easy to find and we felt it was a safe area. There was plenty parking and near several restaurants, gas stations, and shopping areas. Most importantly, the bathrooms were clean, bedding and pillows were clean and fresh. The pool area was immaculate. Lobby and breakfast room were clean and inviting. Breakfast was good with a nice variety of food.

We saw a few minor worn places in our rooms that need just a little spruce up. One minor issue was that the tile in the entry and bathroom of one of our rooms was sticky and needed mopping. We told Ingrid at the front desk and it was immediately taken care of.

The lady in the kitchen at breakfast was very helpful and really up on things, taking empty plates and wiping tables ☺. I also liked that they would text to check in and I could text any questions.

My husband would've liked a bigger TV 😁. The ice machine on 3rd floor didn't work, but was able to go to 2nd floor for ice. The shampoo pump didn't work in shower, but didn't say anything cause we had brought our own.

Clean, updated, comfortable and quiet

Honestly, the only thing that was odd was when checked in. It was late @10pm and apparently change of shift. The new clerk, a young lady, seemed very abrupt when she asked us to wait because she just started her shift. Although certainly I understand a change of shift, but the communication could have been more pleasant. Now that being said, we had an issue with our AC, and she was very happy to come help us! As it turned out, it was our error anyway!

Coffee not strong enough. Also the elevators were broken ..needed an employee to operate the elevator..this was annoying.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Marie went above and beyond to assist us in anything we needed. Minnie was very helpful also. Also the lady serving breakfast was very nice and talked and laughed with us. Hotel was very clean, room was very nice also. We did notice the cable connection in back of television didn't connect tightly, but we let the desk know so it could be checked on.

Really there wasn't anything we didn't like.

There were a bunch of kids swimming in the pool Saturday night and 3 teen girls came in and started doing flips, back flips, and dives into the 5ft pool. I asked them to stop once, but they didn't listen, so then I contacted the front desk. She came in once and asked them to stop and they did temporarily, but then their guardian (father?) came in and gave them permission to do it again. I contacted the front desk again, and, in her defense, she did come in and speak with the adult, but he said that he assumed responsibility for them, so they were permitted to continue. Personally, I think they should have been asked to leave the pool after being warned once. Not only was it incredibly dangerous for the girls themselves, but it was dangerous for the other kids in the pool as well.

Refrigerator in one of the rooms had a lot of water leaking on the floor we reported it, the cover of the drain was off in the hot tub and I scraped my toe ( not seriously)

Comfortable and i could rest..love the king size bed..watched tv and loved the shower. Room was very neat and clean! Staff very kind and accommodating.i had forgot my plug for my phone and the help desk let me borrow one. :) thankful for the location it is across the street from my work.

One lamp didn't have a lightbulb..that was the only issue. I do wish that it didn't cost so much for one person to stay..i understand people ruining property..i would never do that. But to charge 120 a person and then an additional 30 -40 dollars on top is a lot to charge at one time. For one person.. and the people get mad because you book through a third party..i do that because of reduced rate and if i did talk to a person to reserve a room it is someone fron another state..not at that property..and told me i could pay cash when i could not. So ever since..i book online.

it was clean, the staff was friendly, and the location was perfect for what we needed.

There was an issue with my reservation, I was told I would pay for my stay when I got there, my card was used and it had expired the month before. So they gave away the room with two beds and put us in a king room with a pull out couch.
