This is truly a gem. We chose this hotel because of location on our trip and because of price and needing a laundry. Wow, this place exceeded expectations. The checkin and front desk could not have been nicer. I asked for a room on first floor and near laundry and when I checked in they had me all set! And, the bed and pillows were super comfortable! The full breakfast is home cooked and kept clean by several people & was excellent. I had biscuits and gravy and scrambled eggs and sausage. And our outside view from room was of a beautiful manicured lot up to a forest treeline. Oh did I mention the blackout curtains -yes! So we got real sleep and will be taking our time to get on the road.

The pool area was being renovated- so not open- but when completed I am sure it will be fantastic.

Upon check in the lady at the front desk was super friendly and sweet and made us feel right at home. The room was clean, beds very comfortable, and the shower amenities were fantastic! Unfortunately the pool was closed, but we still had a great time exploring the area. Right across the street from Grove City Outlets, and close to restaurants! Would highly recommend and will stay here again if we're back in the area!

Fantastic location. Ample parking. Staff was very nice. Was able to check in online to save time at the desk. I appreciated the complementary bottles of water we were given upon arrival and after checking out. Was also pleasantly surprised that housekeeping cleaned the room after our 1st night. I can’t remember the last time I’ve stayed at a place where they still do that. I really liked that they have dispensers now for shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion, and that Dove products are used. Overall we had a great stay and will definitely stay there again next time we’re in the area.

Would have liked if the hand soap was also liquid instead of the tiny bar (there was an empty dispenser spot on the wall - so maybe that is in the works?). We did not take advantage of the breakfast due to time constraints on our part. I wish the muffins had been individually packaged so we could take one with us to eat in the car on our day trip - we had a bunch of bags, etc. that we were handling so it wasn’t really easy to handle an “open” muffin along with all of that. The only other downside I can think of was the on-screen tv guide. You cannot control it - it’s constantly scrolling. Trying to figure out which channels we were searching for was difficult because of that.

My son and I stayed one night at the Wingate as a stop halfway between our home and our actual destination. The hotel is located directly off the interstate near several restaurants, gas stations, and the Grove City Outlet Mall. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. It is not the cheapest hotel at this exit, but it is not the most expensive either. For a short stay, I think it is perfect and assume we will/. would stay there again should we visit the area in the future.

The dining area is under construction. The hotel has a large clear piece of plastic covering that area, I assume it will be a huge improvement once completed, but currently, it is sort of an eyesore. Along the same lines, my son and I were placed in a room on the first floor and directly outside our window was a very bright spotless projecting onto the side of the building. It was very difficult to block out that light when we went to sleep.

The lobby, halls and room were clean and brightly lit. The room was excellent. Evan, the person who greeted me when I arrived, was cheerful and helpful. He offered to bring my bags to my room, which was appreciated after such a long day driving. I called ahead a couple times prior to arrival and every person who answered the phone was professional and helpful. This is a wonderful hotel and I definitely will be booking there again.

Staff were pleasant and helpful. Robin at the breakfast bar was exceptionally kind and helpful! The accessibility suit was fantastic. I have never seen such a well appointed accessible bathroom. Grab bars in all the right placements and longer than average so no matter how you help yourself into the facilities you can. The shower had two places for the shower head and the lower one swiveled up and down. There was even a shower bench that was removable! If you are there to shop at the outlet mall, all you have to do is cross the street.

The indoor pool was under construction. However, it will be ready for our next visit! 😀

The included breakfast was good. Enough hot and cold choices available. Coffee was good as well as a variety of juices. Dining area was never crowded. The staff was very cordial and friendly and quick to respond to items requested for the room. They were able to accommodate our room request as well.

We stayed at this hotel under a different hotel name previously which had a functioning pool. The pool was not available as they apparently are 7th in line awaiting a part to repair it. Hoping that the pool will be operational on a future visit.

The location was perfect for our needs. Breakfast was great, it was relatively quiet throughout our stay and the staff was phenomenal! Coffee available 24/7 is a big plus. I will definitely be staying here on future visits to the area.

The room was a little dated. The carpet and couch looked like they were straight out of the ‘70’s! That being said, the couch was comfortable.

I was very happy with the friendliness of the staff, but especially happy with the cleanliness of the room! I am always leery to book a new pet friendly hotel and I was very pleasantly surprised with how clean everything was and how reasonable the pet fee was for our dog.

There was a bit of construction going on, but nothing that affected us or our stay.

What a wonderful value and a breakfast that was so very worthwhile. I would stay here again.

The desk person reacted indifferently when I asked him about the security of the parking lot as I had some items in there that were reasonably important. He sort of scoffed at my question. I'm a professional communications consultant and I know vehicle security is a critical concern when traveling for all the obvious reasons. If you don't have a security camera in the parking lot, you ought to, given that this hotel is in a high traffic area. A desk person should take a question like this very seriously and have a rood answer for when the question is asked. He failed at this.
