Exceptionally well ran. The staff is very friendly and will try to accommodate you in anyway. Room service staff are very thorough in cleaning room. You always get new towels and sheets if requested. Breakfast is done every morning by a dedicated employee (Kathy) who cooks the food and makes the coffee herself. Very high quality service. The management will help you find a new room or extend if necessary as well.

My bed was comfortable. I had hot water. Everything in the room was good. The front desk lady was very pleasant and looked after our needs. The front lobby was abit cold,like the heat wasn't on.

The front lobby was lacking in heat and the next day it was abit chilly. Breakfast wasn't like other Hampton hotels I stayed in. It was lacking food like hot eggs,sausage. My daughter wasn't impressed, I thought it was odd. Other Hampton hotels was always amazing Breakfast. That's why I stay with this company hotel. The Breakfast, soft beds etc.

Clean, comfortable, the beds at Hampton Inn are always very comfortable even with someone with back issues.

Small desk in a king size room. Also no overhead light and not enough lighting for business work in the room.

Very clean. Quiet for resting after long shifts! Very convenient location! The girl at the desk for the late check-in was a very friendly and professional employee!

The breakfast could have been better, Oatmeal tasted terrible, not very many selections, but I would definitely stay again 🙂

Didn't realize king bed would be so low to the ground. It was difficult for my tall husband, but the bed was comfortable

The breakfast was very good, with many options. We like the location, lots of shopping and restaurants, and very safe area. It's the best place to stay in the Butler area.

Not to Jack the prices up when there is a big event in town. I looked at the prices before the big event and the prices for next week lol and they they are very much lower than what I paid due to a big event in town this weekend.

The road that lead into the property was full of potholes

Great staff, good location, close to amenities. Excellent bed coverings design; they could be easily washed and so I didn't mind sitting on them!

The closet floor wasn't clean.
