The breakfast was comprehensive and so there were lots of options. I wish there had been a bit more fruit available. The coffee was nice and robust, something you cannot always rely on in hotels.

I ended up staying until 9/7. My room was only cleaned twice in the 8 nights that I stayed there. I don't blame the cleaning staff- I am guessing that this was a result of a management schedule. One of the luxuries of staying in a hotel is having your bed made daily and that did not happen.

The king suite was spacious and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. The suite, the bathroom, and the hotel common areas were clean and modern. Staff was friendly and helpful. I didn't visit the pool. Breakfast was very good - not your typical pre- packaged food. The hotel is located downtown. You can walk to restaurants, a brewery, bars, stores.

Room was really comfortable, and hotel looks new and clean. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was ok. Everything seemed to be detailed for a wonderful stay. I would definitely stay here again if going to the area.

I don't really have anything to say bad about it. Hotel was good. Parking building outside of it can be annoying for people with disabilities though.

Everything was great, though I am gluten-free and there was no gluten free toast available. The gluten free quiches and other protein options helped a lot. Coffee was good for a hotel without a restaurant. Location is great, parking is fine, room is well designed and comfortable.

Need a gluten free option for breakfast carbs, such as gluten free toast or home fries.

Breakfast was ok

The bathroom sink had no water pressure and the door handle on the sliding bathroom door was almost off. I had to keep putting it back together.

Well to be honest ( and I always am) breakfast could be better. They ran out of coffee and creamer. And apple juice.

The small coffee pot in my room was missing the tray. Making it impossible to make coffee in my room. A minor ( very minor) inconvenience.

Breakfast on Saturday was great ,however,on Sunday the breakfast area food was not replenished and unattended

The room was nice and the bathroom was wonderful! The staff were helpful especially Noel. We liked breakfast too.

The parking garage did not have direct entry into the building.

Homeless people lurking, asking for money.

Location was okay. Was very close to the places we needed to go to while staying at the hotel for the States bowling tournament.

The breakfast was less than to be desired. We actually ended up going out to eat because the options were very limited. Was not a full breakfast like we are used to at hotels. Only other complaint was that there were families there in the lobby area letting their kids throw a football around everywhere and they were extremely loud.
