The front desk receptionist pleasantly greeted me, and check-in was smooth. Good location; surrounding stores, food establishments, gas stations, etc. The room was VERY spacious; kitchenette, bathroom, 2 queen beds, low table for suitcases, dresser w/TV on top, another table, love seat and coffee table for that. The beds and pillows were super comfortable, and I slept through the night (which is rare). Kitchenette was equipped with a sink, coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave, single-cup coffee maker, and counter space. There are enough outlets in the room and on the light fixtures for chargers and plugging in devices. Spacious closet to hang clothes in, along with a full sized ironing board. Large bathroom with hair dryer and provided [Dove] shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Continental breakfast was amazing! Great variety; fresh fruit, apple, orange, and cranberry juice, milk, yogurt, oatmeal, bread and muffins, 3 different cereal options, and spacious dining area. We didn't utilize the indoor pool, but it looked clean and upkept. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'd definitely rebook in the future. Side note: I used object eraser for my photos to remove my family members, which made the pic of the kitchenette area a little wonky lol.

It took us until morning to realize the air conditioner was connected to a thermostat on the wall. We'd have definitely added some heat to the room overnight had we known or seen it sooner. If you're a person who enjoys baths, you may be disappointed. Maybe it was just our room, but we didn't have a drain stopper. Bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided. However, they are on shelves that are secured to the wall and only in a practical spot for someone who is showering.

I had a mostly great stay at the Holiday Inn. The room was spacious and comfortable, though it could have been a little cleaner. Trevor at the front desk was fantastic, super friendly and helpful, which made my visit even better! Unfortunately, the pool had no heat, and since it was winter, it was way too cold to swim. That was a big letdown. Still, the excellent service and comfortable room might bring me back for another stay.

Room was spacious. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. My kids enjoyed swimming on 2 occasions and we had the pool to ourselves.

There was mold in the shower in the corners. The fridge was making a high pitched sound the whole time. Thankfully we brought a box fan that covered it over enough.

The location was great to go to stores where we could walk. We loved the patio where we could hang out in the evening hours. Bed was very comfortable and rooms were very spacious.

Breakfast was not kept full with hot food. We had bagels, muffins and coffee and people were all complaining about NO hot food to eat. And very little of everything else too. When asked about it after searching for a staff member, the staff told us food was frozen.No apologies. We actually went out to breakfast the following morning. Very disappointed.

The king suite was very large and spacious with plenty of amenities and places to store luggage.The facility wasn't silent but was quiet enough to relax and fall asleep easily. Pool was large enough to exercise in. The bed was very comfortable and very clean, and the room had messages about the person who cleaned the room and how housekeeping services were available by request.The breakfast that was included was quite good with fewer protein options than sweets but was quite extensive with attentive service. It was a good stay

Only gripe is that the woman who checked us in was slightly impatient, and seemed to have more important matters to attend to which may have well been true but this wasn't an issue. There was a used k-cup in the closed coffee maker on the room but these almost don't seem to be justified as "gripes"

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Even after a bit of miss communication when I reserved the rooms the front desk girl Shevel made it work. Without that little extra effort my vacation would have been a bust. Thanks!

Nothing to complain about at all.

The king suite was very nice and so spacious. I love that there was a keurig in the room since I had to leave before breakfast. Very comfortable bed and a huge shower.

The staff was friendly and attentive to my needs! I really liked it there! I felt right at home! Thank you! I’ll be back!

The gym equipment wasn’t up to par. They need fixed or replaced.

Check in and check out processes were quick and efficient. They were training a new desk person when we arrived and even she did a great job. We were able to get a late check out very easily. The breakfast was hot and plentiful, so was the coffee.

The cleanliness of the room could have been better. The sofa had two dirty spot on it, looked like sunscreen. The wall behind the nightstand looked like coffee had splattered on it. The tray the coffee machine was on, was filthy. In defense of the hotel, I did not complain to them and give them a chance to fix it. I was tired from driving.
