I have to be honest: When my husband checked in, he was told that our room was on the 3rd floor and that the elevator was being repaired. So I told the desk clerk that this "would not do". I said that my husband had a bad knee and the I had had a hip replacement plus, I couldn't see carrying our bags up 3 floors. I asked for a room on the 1st floor and that we could change from a 2 bed room to 1 king bed if the same price. I do not like the maid to have to do 2 beds if one will suffice. Just then, the room cleaner appeared and told the clerk what rooms she had cleaned and that were ready. I commented that this room attendant must be really good and the clerk said yes is is the best. So we were given a king room on the 1st floor. There were probably 3 dozen kids in the indoor pool and hot tub and several birthdays being celebrated so we were glad for the business they were giving the hotel. That evening we went to the restaurant which was not crowded but people did start arriving at the bar and tables. It was obvious that the kitchen was very slow. We got wine and one appetizer but my husband's entre never came. We waited as long as we could as we had tickets to a performance so I went to the bar to pay and the bartended (who is also the front desk clerk) said, "just go ahead, no charge" That is what she should have done and we appreciated it. Overall, the hotel was good; it is VERy LARGE AND SPRAWLING. Our room was spotless and very attractive. Everything worked: lamps, tv, etc. Overall, the hotel was in great need of cleaning, vacuuming, etc. This was notable. The trouble everywhere is getting competent HELP to take these jobs. Everywere is suffering because our gov't is so good at paying people TO NOT WORK, that places everywhere are suffering. Once someone has been convicted or uses drugs, that person doesn't have to WORK.

Not enough employees to keep up with the work required: chefs, bar tenders, repairs to the parking lot, cleaning people.

The facility was clean, room very comfortable, mattress was firm. The staff were extremely helpful, kind and hard working. We loved having a restaurant on the premise. We had dinner there the menu gave many choices, food was delicious, portions were quite generous and pricing was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast bar, price paid was for a buffet. Only choices were a cheese omelette and sausage links. Not a full breakfast bar.

We were corned by a drunk woman giving minors alcohol in the hot tub. But that's not the hotels fault. The bathroom door having an inch gap around it was off putting though.

clean, relaxing and surprisingly quiet. pool and hot tub were great me and my daughter absolutely loved it.

nothing major but I would suggest they provide toothpaste, I forgot to pack it and had to go out around 11pm to Walmart to buy some, also should provide coffee items (if they do our room didn't have it just cups and coffee) so nothing major just small things.

We loved the pool area and the friendly staff.

No one came into our room to tidy, new towels, or change trash for 3 days. I asked for someone to come in and change trash and they did but I assumed it was done daily unless asked otherwise.

I’ve been to this property back in November and it’s still as good now as it was then!

There isn’t anything I dislike about the property.

It had nice location. Offered affordability and accommodation for family trip.

My mom had a room that when niece went to put items in closet area a used condom was found there.

The staff were all amazing. They were friendly and helpful

A lot of road construction going on but nothing that the hotel had control over

The front staff at the desk was absolutely amazing, the decorations were great, and she made sure that we were in an upgraded room on the third floor!

The room was comfortable the bed was fabulous

The shower needs some adjustment it takes 30 minutes to get warm for the water
