The receptionist was VERY nice and found us a room on a lower floor with less stairs. Breakfast was nice with some variety and included hot foods. (Would have had a waffle, but I don’t do a good job making them so I passed on them 😸) they were being enjoyed by the others!

Stairs to climb, we needed to bring lots of items into the room to consolidate and it was very difficult to get the items up a short flight of stairs because stairs get harder as you get older Was not able to close the heavier drapes, only the sheers

Everything from our stay was just perfect. We were in town for my son's wedding. And I have to say we couldn't pick a better hotel to stay at. The staff was friendly and courteous. They even took an interest in my son's wedding. Ask her to see pictures. Upgrade our room to a suite We highly recommend the quality insuites and newcastle We. Will definitely be coming back. Perfect ten from beginning to ends

I have stayed at a lot of hotels. THIS WAS THE CLEANEST MOST ORGANIZED, WELL TAKEN CARE OF PLACE I'VE EVER STAYED.!! And Holly, night shift worker, I could have talked to her all night long. She was just so welcoming and kind. THANK YOU!, THANK YOU!

It's a little outdated, but I was so comfortable, I barely noticed.

I only stayed a couple nights, but I really appreciated each and every friendly front desk staff I encountered. I liked how spacious and CLEAN the bathroom was. I also liked that I did get a knock at the door from housekeeping the next morning after I checked in and she was friendly.

Where my room was situated, my window view was of a bush lol, but that was only a minor thing.

The staff was wonderful, very nice at check-in, explained where everything was located, and recommended some local food places. Even offered to help carry in some of our items as I brought them in. (My daughters were attending a dance comp, so lots of bags!) The room was clean and comfy. The breakfast was the freshest I have ever had from a chain hotel. The ladies kept it clean and restocked items constantly in small quantities, so it was always fresh.

The only downfall was no elevator, so I had to lug several bags upstairs and make a couple of trips. This wasn't a big deal for me, but I would recommend asking for a first-floor room if you have difficulty with stairs or can't carry items up to your room.

Very nice room. A/C is great. Spacious.

• The shelf that holds the hangers pole needs to be about a foot higher. The shelf is a magnet for head aches. Every time I tried to get something out of my luggage, I would head-butt the vertical shelf face. I’m of average height at 5’9”. • No button for non-working jacuzzi tub.

The bathtub was nice. Employees were really nice.

The shower head was to aggressive. The breakfast wasn't that great. The gym is so outdated and only had 30 pound weights.

The breakfast was very good. I made an egg cheese muffin each morning. My husband enjoyed the waffles.

There wasn't an elevator. We had to carry our bags up a flight of stairs and all the way to the end of the hall to get to our room. All the first floor rooms were given to people with dogs in town for a dog show.

I loved how friendly the staff was. The breakfast was great. We stayed there 2 years ago, which was the reason we came back! We also loved how comfortable the bed was!

The carpet was old. Not a deal-breaker.

The temperature in the room was 76 degrees. It was very hot I had to turn on the ac. Also I had a deaf person with me and the cc didn’t work and tv guide for the tv channels .
