Breakfast was very good, great variety. Staff was pleasant & helpful. Everywhere was very clean. Pool was good after a long day of driving.

Thermostat on wall, was very low, about 4 ft.,, bed was only 8” from the wall, making it very difficult to get to it . Also, difficult to get out of that side of the bed. Tub very slippery. No non-slip strips, or gritty finish on tub floor. Only one grab bar outside of tub, nothing inside, once curtain is pulled. Asked for room close to Elevators- room was at the opposite, far end of the hall-away from elevator!

Loved the room set-up! I really like the bench and coat hooks above on the wall. Easy to put luggage and bags off the floor. The bathrooms and room were very clean and the hotel was very nice and felt safe. The breakfast cinnamon rolls were great, my daughter loved the bagels and we both enjoyed the yogurt. The staff was also very nice and the pool was warm my daughter said!

Two things- unfortunately I think this was a fluke- but the king bed in our room was damaged I believe. The side my daughter slept on was great, but on my side, under my shoulders, the bed springs must’ve slipped out or were broken because it felt like a hole under my shoulders, like I was falling through. So for me, it was very uncomfortable and hard to fall asleep. The second is the water pressure in the shower is very low and hard to adjust the temperature. It took a good 5 minutes to go from freezing to hot to cold to a normal temp playing with the handle. I let hotel staff know about the bed so it could be fixed. I don’t know if anyone else will have that issue.

Started with young lady Bella at front desk. Definitely 1 of the nicest hotel workers I ever met. My Granddaughter said every time we go to North Carolina and Florida we have to call ahead and have them send her to that hotel ! 🤣😅 Room was clean and comfortable. Pool was great. Perfect temperature. Breakfast was good and well kept. The young man taking care of it kept everything filled and clean. And he was very friendly. All the workers were very nice. Definitely more stays to come. Already booked again for February.

I wish I could remember the receptionist's name; she was SO pleasant, welcoming, patient and so sweet to my granddaughter (she even showed her the pool BEFORE we checked in!) (I love how she "welcomed" us); I have stayed at aLOT of hotels & this was the BEST hotel! (as she promised, the breakfast was especially nice!)

I thought it was a little pricey, but, it WAS a weekend & the location was quite a bit further than the Expedia rep stated

The front desk person was super friendly and welcoming. Complimentary waters were nice. The kids enjoyed the pool. It's a little pricy. The breakfast spread was nice. Nice, large, clean rooms.

The price. We stayed the night before and the shower was broken or difficult to operate. When you're paying as much for a room as you are on the weekend, you expect the facilities to be fully functional.

Virtually everything was great, including the location, staff, facilities, breakfast, etc.

We did have a maintenance issue that needed to be addressed because the shower door was out of alignment and without a seal or gasket, which allowed significant water leakage.

Our room was nice and roomy, bed was comfortable and room was clean. Front desk staff was super friendly and accommodating, cleaning staff very friendly and breakfast was great!

Shower had issues.. was really difficult to adjust temp and it had a steady leak. The shower door didn’t close completely, so we had constant water on the floor. Maintenance was a problem so we just kept towels on the floor.

Loved how dark it was in the room. Didn't even know it was morning. Nice to have hooks to hang up coats. Love a fridge and microwave. Breakfast was really good!

Two different family members came late Friday night with confirming rooms and told the rooms were booked. Took an hour but they both got rooms finally . Manager double books rooms.

As usual, the staff was amazing and it was very clean. There was a very disruptive group of children staying there also. The staff did an amazing job cleaning up after them. They went out of their way to make the visit pleasant for the other hotel guests.
