The bed and pillows where super comfy. After having an issue with my original room , the staff accommodated me for my inconvenience by giving me a larger more pleasant room. I appreciated the upgrade and quick response in resolving the problem. All of the staff were amazing and each one truly cares about their guests.

The first room I stayed in had an issue with the toilet which caused me and my granddaughter to switch rooms at 4 am, which turned out to be a blessing due to being put in a larger, cleaner room.

It is just a few mins away from the outlet mall. Besides the double charge... it was great. Very close to Eat'n Park. Very good place to eat.

I used the option to pre-check in. It then charged my card for more then what I was suppose to pay. I get to the front desk and ask for my key. The front desk said that they did not get my payment. I showed her that I was already charged. She then asked for my card and charged me again. I asked her why she said that the first one didn't go through. She said that it should fall off. What if I didn't have the extra money to pay for it would I have not had a room after traveling for hours? I would suggest not to do the pre check in. Now I have to wait to get my money back.... hopefully.

Clean and quiet. I felt safe even when coming back late at night. Rooms are large. The towels were fluffy not the usual scratchy hotel towels. I had everything I needed. There are are several restaurants and stores nearby.

The breakfast could be better. Danish, toast, cereal and you can ask for a breakfast sandwich at the desk. The pool is a little small but good enough to cool off after a hot day.

Conveniently located and very close to a few bars/restaurants and the outlet mall, so it served its purpose. Room was nice and cold on a very hot day. Service was good.

Breakfast was minimal - but there was cereal and some packaged danishes/cinnamon buns. They did have whole wheat bread, so I had toast with my orange juice and coffee.

The beds were very comfortable with an assortment of pillows for different softness needs! Our room looked back into the woods, which was great!! The room towels were super soft, which I loved! I don't know if it was a lack of people in our wig or what, but there really were no noisy interruptions waking me up all night! Loved the deep blue bottom coating of the pool to match the tiles! Breakfast was a decent selection. Luckily, my husband went down first and heard microwave breakfast sandwiches could be requested. That's about all we needed besides juice and coffee options! Kids had fruit loops! They had danishes and coffee cakes available too.

The rooms could use some updating, especially in the flooring and bed comforter departments. These things are stained, marked up, or run down and make the place seem downtrodden. The pool was small but good for our smaller children. 3 and 4 feet were the depths making a square pool. My oldest is 4 ft tall, so it gave him a place to safely touch bottom and then challenge his water skills. Bummed there were no waffles to make yourself, but breakfast was still good enough for us!

Room was very clean; bed was comfortable; decent breakfast; staff was friendly; was within distance to our destination for the day

Someone propped the side hotel door open putting all guests in jeopardy of danger; pool was VERY cloudy...I fell off the bottom step walking in because I couldn't see it (couldn't see our feet at the bottom of the pool) and it wasn't from over chlorinating; would be nice to have an ice machine on each floor

The staff are all great. We used to go to another place but enjoyed staying with Super 8 and now you are our go to place to stay

Nothing to do with Super 8 booked thru booking.com and paid for the room in advance and almost couldn't stay because of a big problem luckily we had enough to stay luckily it was for my husband and my anniversary. When I first booked it, it went in on the wrong day I called to fix it for June and for some reason no one on booking.com fixed it and they was supposed to fix it and they didn't so we double paid if it doesn't get fixed I will NEVER use it again almost ruined my anniversary.

Great location to outlet mall. Beds were comfortable and staff friendly. Value was there for amount of time we were in the hotel.

Need to update furniture in rooms. Not a good look to see chips and water stains on dresser/entertainment cabinet from fridge. Need to add more sitting in rooms. Rooms are large enough to accommodate more than just two beds and an office chair.

The location is very good, especially if you’re visiting to shop at the premium outlets, they are a 2 min drive.

The B/F was a joke. Coffee was super watered down, no actual hot food like none. We could ask for a frozen b/f sandwich which was to be microwaved for 2 mins, it was awful. For the price I paid. I expected at-least some eggs and sausages. Disappointed there.

Large room and frig. Helpful staff. Plenty of drawer space. Easy to locate with lots good dinner options nearby. The cost was great for the quality of the room.

Shower was very slow to get warm and water was never hot. Breakfast was very limited.
