Stayed here before, never had an issue and I don't intend there ever being one. Everything was clean, food was great, wasn't overpopulated AND it's in a great location. Definitely an affordable rate as well. When/if you or your family travels to that area of PA, I would pick here over the other nearby hotels.

I didn't like that booking uses a virtual credit card to check into most of its partner hotels. As a result, when they run the $1.00 charge for incidentals (if you decide to steal things) it won't match the card that was used at check in which will delay your check in process. NOT A PROBLEM WITH THIS HOTEL BUT MORE SO WITH BOOKING****

Great location. Tons of places to eat and shop

Everyone was friendly and happy except 1 miserable worker. I heard multiple people complaining about the daylight front desk woman who hates her job. She was also very rude to myself and a elderly couple that i witnessed. Most of the place looks nice and his been updated. The area was very safe the only complaint I have is the place really needed a deep clean. Especially the pool area and the carpet in our room/bathtub

Location was good. Like staying at Hamptons but a little disappointed this time. See below.

In the morning, my sister was sitting on her bed and a bug came crawling down the sheet. Told desk clerk, showed her a photo of the bug, and was told she would tell her manager and they would add points to my account. Felt we should have gotten some off our bill.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. It's located right across the street from the Outlet Mall which was our reason for visiting. We stay here every year on our annual Christmas shopping trip.

Breakfast was pretty good. The cheese omlets were somehow still a bit frozen and yet warm at the same time. That was kind of strange.

The front staff was very friendly. The room was clean, basic but clean with a good number of towels.

The pillows were pretty uncomfortable, and the whirlpool repair (you could tell because all the primary jets were not working at all) was not adequate, timer was not connected, etc, you obviously know there is an unaddressed problem with this.

the breakfast was reliably good . I have stayed at this location before and everything is always reliably fine and the staff is lovely to my self my family and my dog.

We stay here every year for our annual outlet shopping trip. The hotel is always clean and the staff is always friendly. They are doing renovations right now and they still have everything clean. Breakfast is available and very good.

EVERYTHING, Bathroom was so nice, blackout curtains worked, temperature was good, mattress was comfortable. Room was big enough.

I think Hamptons needs to step up breakfast. Country Inn & Suites and Holiday Inn Express are better in some ways. The omelettes are really processed not fresh and the potatoes weren't cooked well. They also don't have grab-n-go like muffins.

It was very clean, and comfortable. The person who checked us is was exceptionally pleasant and welcoming. The staff at breakfast were helpful, friendly and really seemed to enjoy making everyone happy and comfortable.

We stopped here on the road back from the Midwest to NY- good for a night’s stay on the road. Pool was fun for the kids and the restaurant across the parking lot was convenient. TV remote didn’t work and staff offered to help but couldn’t get it working. They offered to switch rooms but wasn’t worth the hassle of packing up and moving. overall good experience!
