Great staff. Great parking into building access. Fast elevator. Nice flow in bathroom throughout. I asked for a view of possible and got one. Low interaction with guests even though the place was booked. So no forced interaction while if you wanted to socialize could easily get that also on the property.

I would make the fire exits locations more apparent in the hallway. Plillows were too soft. Do not like the bulk shampoo other people used while showering. Very gross. One even fell off the tile.

We both enjoyed the Continental breakfast offerings and the dinner menu was good as well. We did not know the area very well at all and wish we had more experience with area restaurants.

Not a complaint re: the facility, but the area generally did not seem to offer many nicer venues (restaurants) unless we went across the river. I get the convenience of the hotel but it felt a little isolated.

Beautiful hotel, almost like sound proof rooms, very clean & comfortable.

Not complaining by any means because it’s a beautiful hotel, but the extra 50$ (a night) for the hold is a little excessive..yes indeed you get that back after your stay but some banks it could take up to a week to get your money back!

I like the cleanl I Ness of thr room, breakfast options, gym facility and snack area.

The incidental fees take too long to be refunded. I'm still waiting 5 days later.

I liked the facility is within distance of the mall. It's a very nice and clean hotel.

The pool is not on site for them, you have to get a wrist band to be able to go to the pool next door.

Breakfast was very expensive and the food was cold. I’ve actually had free included breakfast types that were much better.

I would love for breakfast to be included as part of your stay. The are also an animal friendly hotel and while like pets, I don’t like sharing elevators with large dogs.

Nice clean hotel. We stayed 1 night while passing through the area. If we are ever that way we would stay again.
