We found the resort to be a lovely weekend getaway for our family. The staff was very friendly and the food we had was tasty at the Atrium. Prices for food and drinks seemed affordable to us. We're not golfers but still had lots to do. The gym is robust and the pool was fun.

I think some little things could be improved on. Potentially more umbrellas at the pool would be helpful when the pool gets crowded. We also had some funky issues with check in where the app said our room was ready when it wasn't. I also think they could benefit from having more printed information in the room. There is an app but I felt like I "discovered" more things by walking around the resort vs having materials provided to me to better understand all the resort has to offer. I think it could also be nice if they cornered off a part of the pool for children since so much of the pool is more of a "drinking" space.

The rooms were a nice size, the bedding was very comfortable. The restaurants were amazing. The Roman Bath was very relaxing and not too crowded (it was October)

The floors at the Roman Bath were wet and very slippery.....and cold. There wasn't much to do after dinner, some firepits would be nice. Some missed opportunities.....the gift shop should sell the robes, they were so soft and warm. And a boxed Chocolate Flight from Gatsby's.

Our reservation was initially mixed up and we were accidentally put in a double versus a king suite, Andrea was quick to work some magic and fix the error! Our room was even ready hours before it was scheduled to be which was awesome. The pools were amazing, the good was great, the staff were all on top of everything!

Wonderful resort. Played Gil and tennis and had a great time. Staff and room was A+.

The only negative was that I felt that the food was not top notch. Had two meals that both my wife and I thought were below average. Staff was good…atmosphere was good…wish the food would have been better bc we loved the resort!!

My college friends and I went to The Grand Resort to celebrate our 50th birthdays this year. We relaxed at the pool, roman bath, had spa treatments, and ate delicious food. We loved that we never had to leave the resort- everything we needed was right there. We loved it so much, we are thinking this will be our annual trip location.

We loved everything!! Next time we will request to stay on the first floor. We didn't know there was not an elevator. Maybe let guests know there isn't an elevator and perhaps they would prefer to stay on the first floor. No complaints though. It was a great trip and I did not want it to end.

The recreation center and tennis opportunities. Access to the other properties. Variety of restaurants. Golf courses. Swimming pools and Roman Spa. Lifeguards were on duty and attentive. Staff and service. Quick response to any needs.

The grand resort rec center could have had a few bicycles for guests to use. TV programming was ok but why not access to pay for view movies? Would have been nice. No tennis channel.

this was the first time I stayed at the Grand Resort, and the place was very nice, clean staff was so helpful and friendly. with it being about 1 hour from me I will visit often.

honestly I can think of anything I was disappointed with.

My room was amazing check in was easy great customer service. My cabana was amazing as well as the young lady that there to assist us.

Some of the younger adults employeed there really need more customer service training.

The hotel is beautiful. The decor is very classy, upscale. The gentleman who picked us up in the parking lot was a delight! Thanksgiving meal was very good. Good servers.

The pillows on the bed aren't really formed pillows. They are sort of like a bag of fluff. And once you finally get them to support your head the way you like, as soon as you move, you have to start again. I had a sore neck. Of the three rooms my family had, not one of the Keurig coffee makers worked. Considering there is no complimentary coffee in the lobby, this was a big issue for us. Also, my hair dryer wouldn't go above low. Nothing major, but maybe appliances in the rooms need to be checked out, replaced.

The food was excellent! The staff is outstanding! I have nothing bad to say everything was amazing for my husband and I on our anniversary! I’m so glad we have something nice in Ohio within driving range from the city.

To be picky I didn’t like the carpet floors. Honestly I don’t like carpet floors at all especially in hotels. Everything was still great though will be back soon!
