The evening front desk clerk was amazing and very cheerful! He was super friendly and very helpful with information and check-in was a breeze.

The carpet in my room is very dirty. Probably needs cleaning...like shampooing. I accidentally spilled a little water and got it up with a wash cloth and it was brown. Eww. No bare feet on that. The bed was hard...not just extra firm...hard. And while I understand completely that it's a Continental breakfast, the selections could be better. The eggs and coffee weren't very good.

I loved location cause it was downtown close to museums, few resteruants , courthouse and parks. Used to live in Warren in the building on corner by hotel so that was cool. Parking was in back or paralleral parking on street. Room was very comfotable and huge with nice king bed, sheets were nice. Refrig, microwave, desk , Tv , AC and Ice machine all in good working order. Hotel has a breakfast area downstairs opened @0630. .Light breakfast offered, petite omelettes, sausage, fruit , yogurt , pasteries, bagels, juices milk, coffee , pancake machine. It was enough to start the day for me. There was small gathering area to talk, play games etc in back lobby area. Card exit from back lot for security, open door in front with cart for luggage, I was grafeful for elevator.Also vending machine with snacks and soda machine on the expensive side . I opt to buy while I was out and kept in fridge. Also excersise room with standard equipment ,but I was running so much wasn't able to take advantage. Would I stay again absolutely if I ever go back.There for class reunion stayed four days.

Didn't like key cards.They worked well with back entrance but I ended with three cards to room had to have night manager go up once with new card to get in . Didn't like there was no complimentry water in room for the price of room. I got to hotel late so I used vending machine but was $3 .So I went out that night and pickup water for my room cause there was none in vending machine. No note pad to write on either. Also parking lot card entrance very annoying cause card only worked half the time parked on street a few times. After second night gate was kept open. Although I wasn't in room long except at night not a lot of selection on TV and no music channels which I would have perferred. Mininum contact with staff and I found not too friendly , but helpful otherwise.

The room was large with a large closet, all around it was good. The lounge had really good food. Loved the older building style and was decorated nice.

The room was dark. I could use brighter lighting. The tv didn't work but we weren't in the room much so we did without. The front desk people were very nice and friendly and helped us with anything we needed.

Nice historical feel with modern amenities.

Parking lot is a little sketchy at night. Our key didn’t work to open the gate to the parking lot so we had to pay but the very friendly staff reimbursed us.

The bed was comfortable. We loved the jacuzzi. Nice spacious room. Great lounge downstairs with good food and reasonably-priced drinks! LOVED the location!

NO water pressure in the shower. Washing my hair was quite difficult, as was finding the right water temperature. Also the parking lot gate was fickle — we had to park in the street and get new keys .

We were hungry when we arrived and asked for a recommendation for dinner. The person on the desk suggested the restaurant in the basement. It was a bar with loud music. The food was adequate and the server was courteous— but it was too noisy to have a conversation.

Breakfast was good. Several options. Breakfast staff was very personable and helpful! Hotel had a restaurant/bar, so we were able to meet with our group and relax together with food and drink in a great atmosphere. Chase, the bartender was very attentive and helpful. Food was very good... Room was extremely clean and welcoming.

Lighting in room could have been better.

Stayed one night on our way to another destination. It's a nice hotel. Beds were comfortable. Room was kind of drab but clean and everything functioned. Didn't see much of the neighborhood, but didn't seem to be much there.

Breakfast was very simple but food was OK.

Loved the charm of the room. Very cozy.

The pillows on the king bed are obnoxiously small. Only four small pillows on that huge bed. Asked front desk for more but they questioned why I needed more. They had no keys to housekeeping rooms. They gave me a therapeutic pillow. It's the only extra pillows they had.

Location, location. location. Beds were very comfortable. Some was always at the front desk.

Key card kept failing. First time was my fault as I had it near my phone....but it was hit and miss. Front desk was very accommodating.
