The staff was very kind and accommodating. The bed was comfortable and almost all general hotel amenities and features were on par. The air system was perfect. The bathroom was very clean. We were on the ground floor and I am disabled so they were accommodating without extra charge. Freezer in the fridge was bigger and actual kept frozen packs frozen. microwave was very nice and effective.

There was a funky smell in the hallway that kind of smelled like old cigarettes or possibly Marijuana but it was all a cluster of non-smoking rooms. The smell was not consistent inside the room though. Breakfast was less than to be desired but not too bad. No complimentary soaps or anything in our room which some shampoo would have been helpful because I forgot mine.

Nice staff. Clean warm pool. Clean comfortable room. Awesome jacuzzi. QUIET!! Slept like a baby.

Wall outlet by bed was falling out of the wall. Pool was hard to find and didn't know when breakfast was. Breakfast was also kind of skimpy.

The concierge was very kind. I accidentally booked the hotel for the wrong dates but she was able to change our booking without an extra cost. She was very sweet and we had just come from another hotel that was disgusting and things in the room did not work and the elevator was broken and yet they still said the room was handicapped accessible. She made us feel so relieved with her kindness and that the room was nice and had a working elevator. She put us nearest to the elevator as well. The indoor pool was not busy and was clean and warm. Our kid loved it. The tv and other appliances and facilities were clean and in working order. The beds were comfortable and clean. The staff all were welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. Check out was simple. The price was lower than the bad hotel we initially booked and had less stars but was much nicer all together a hundred times over. It's worth a booking for an affordable hotel.

Breakfast was not very diverse or had many options for those with a gluten allergy. We made it work, though. We had some trouble with our room keys and getting the door reprogrammed took some time- but it worked out overall.

The person at the desk was super friendly, and check-in/out were quick. The facilities were pretty clean and comfortable. There were several options for continental breakfast, which my kids loved. This was my second stay here and I’ll definitely book again.

During breakfast the area was left messy by another guest and no one came to check on things while we were there. I found a sink to dump some coffee that had been left out but I didn’t see a rag or cleaner to wipe up myself or I would have.

Don't like the cable access. Lots of channels say no signal. Also didn't like that there were extra charges pending on my bank account more than what I authorized and had to way several days for them to drop off plus had to reach out to my bank. The lady I dealt with at the front desk was not helpful and kind of bitchy!

The honesty and the friendliness of the front desk staff I left my wallet on the counter when checking in but not to worry Lisa had it safe and sound it could have been a real bad issue for me since I was traveling across country

The carpets in the rooms although clean a spotted could need a remake or redo

The staff was amazing, especially Edward and the hotel smelled fresh and clean. The bed wasn’t as comfortable as I’d like but it was fine. All in all a great place to stay!!!

2nd time staying. Breakfast was great. Coffee and tea bar, orange and apple juice, waffles, breakfast sandwiches, yogurts, hard boiled eggs, fruit, bagels, toast, muffins. Also, the pool is on the smaller side but it was very warm this time- which was fine. There are lots of restaurants nearby. The staff is friendly. The room is adequate- fridge, microwave, TV, desk, armoire and night stand...Small pillows, but they are ok. We have stayed her 2x and will stay again.

Everything was acceptable. The staff is friendly and accommodating.
