The staff were all wonderful. Two people really stood out. Nicholas at the front desk was fabulous! He had a great personality and was very helpful. Ghada in the dining room was so nice. She always made sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was very good, with many options. The pancake maker was great! We loved eating out on the patio near the pond. We definitely will stay there again next time we visit.

The room was a bit dated, but we were told they will be remodeled soon.

I was very impressed staying here. Exceedingly clean and very friendly staff. The breakfast was amazing. We had the queen suite and it was very roomy. The room was off the back and had a very pretty view. It was winter so we couldn't use it but they have a patio outside that looks very comfortable. I like that the first and last hour that the hot tub is open is reserved for adults only. I couldn't technically put this as a romantic hotel but it's close. Because the room we had was very large we were able to stay in there and play cards etc it had a table if we wanted to eat a meal in there as well. The pool and hot tub area are very nice and the fact that they have an adult only hot tub hour I thought was great. Take a look at their pictures because we're the hot tub is is very pretty, it's nestled in the corner of the room with plants and class H1 roof as well.

Breakfast was excellent each day we were there. The lady running breakfast actually opened it about half an hour early, as my son had an early bird hockey game, and she wanted to see we had breakfast prior to it! The pool and hot tub were immaculate, and just the right temperature. The snacks in the lobby for the kids (and ice cream sandwiches for mom) were just a special treat on top of the already fabulous hotel. Clean rooms, friendly and welcoming staff. Plenty of restaurants and the Eastwood mall within walking distance.

This may have been one of the best hotels i have stayed in. Pool was nice. They had popcorn and ice cream for the kids. Very clean.

One thing I would like to see change if I come back is they do the first and last hour in the pool adult only. This is a great idea however one night there was no adults waiting to use it. I think they should extend the kids hours if there are no adults waiting. Also there was one staff member who was rude our last night. When she came to tell us it was adult swim time she didn't even give a warning just told us to get the kids out. It rubbed me the wrong way.

The breakfast was absolutely wonderful. The woman that set up and managed the breakfast area was magnificent. She was so efficient in keeping everything well stocked. Nothing ever ran out. She also continued to clean the area and clean up any spills on the counters and the floor. The food selection was one of the best breakfast we have ever had at a hotel.

My biggest issue was the jetted tub with the shower. As an elderly person we were unable to shower. I was able to over look this since they were able to accommodate us on the first floor do my husband didn’t have to walk very far.

This vacation was phenomenal and a Great experience with my kids we didn't want to leave The front desk customer service was Outstanding they were always so nice and inviting always a warm welcoming and assisted in anything requested or needed the Breakfast and The Cooks /Breakfast was Amazing Shout out to the Russian lady in the kitchen for making every morning a pleasure and for the Great ideas on where to visit we will miss everything about the people who made and make this place perfect... We were greeted by friendly staff throughout our stay, including the front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast crew. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We didn’t use the pool but we could tell young guests were enjoying it. The hotel is very close to shopping and restaurants.

The staff was kind enough to call the day before and tell us that the elevator was not working. But it wasn’t easy to haul our luggage upstairs. Hopefully it will be fixed by our next visit.

The pool is great, the extended hours and adult swim times gave me a chance to enjoy the pool after the full day with my family Breakfast is wonderful there are so many choices and the staff is very helpful . They remembered me from a previous visit.I was very comfortable even though I was alone. The snacks in the lobby were a treat for my grandchildren. AND the location couldn't be better, whatever you need it's right across the street.

The TV line up was difficult to navigate and there is no guide with program listings. The area around the pool gets extremely slippery when it is wet and the hot tub is super hot.

Every staff member we came across was very friendly. The women running breakfast was very nice, breakfast was yummy. Our room was very clean, they upgraded our room for my husbands birthday. The complimentary ice cream and cookies are a nice touch. Overall great stay

They should enforce the adult swim times more. We went to hot tub at 8am and there was 3 children under 8 that came in jumping and splashing around the hot tub

Excellent location off the highway and super close to the mall, additional retail and an abundance of restaurants. Two restaurants were even within walking distance (adjacent to the hotel parking lot).

No major issues. The only recommendation I would make is to add additional blackout curtains to top the other window curtains as the existing ones don’t 100% block out light in the center. It woke me up earlier than I wanted to get up.
