Heather and Jamie were very nice and professional. There was an incident at the facility with some other guests, but Heather took care of it promptly and even offered me an upgrade for the inconvenience. The beds were comfortable, and the size of the room was adequate. I didn't try the breakfast but there were the normal choices . The one interaction I had with the young man who was setting it up was good. He was very nice.

The shower wasn't cleaned and still had hair and something else brown smeared on the wall. The fridge was very small, I couldn't fit my cake I had ordered from outback and had to set it sideways. The TV was large, but when you sit at the desk it is way too close to you and hard on the eyes. The lighting was also odd. It was hard to find the switch to turn on the lamps, and they had the bright white LED light which made it feel like a hospital. The one lamp that was soft white kept dimming itself every 30 minutes or so and then it would brighten again out of nowhere. It was very annoying.

The Best!!! Beautiful room And dog friendly. I was so happy to find a hotel close to family that would take my 10 lb non shedding little dog! ❤️

Our mini fridge was missing the parts in the door that keep bottles from falling out. Wish you had Kuerig coffee makers in the rooms. Muddy water run-off in parking lot from neighboring construction was not pleasant to step in.

The staff was super friendly/ helpful/ hardworking/ professional. Our room was fine...not a fan of the mini fridge and coffee maker being behind cabinet doors since the space is very tight at bottom of bed. It was tricky finding a spot to roll desk chair too that did not impede movement across room. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom was clean and spacious. Soooooo much nearby shopping...I could have stayed 1 more day just to do that!!

I think breakfast should last til 10 am daily...especially considering many guests are trying to shower/ pack up/ be gone by 11 am checkout. Travelers appreciate complimentary breakfast!

The lighting in the bathroom is horrible when looking in the mirror. At the desk by the TV the lamp doesn’t tilt. My wife could not see in either place to put on her makeup. We have a July wedding in the area. We won’t be staying here because of the lighting. The staff was great however.

Shay at the front desk was very friendly & engaging. The breakfast had real eggs! The location was perfect for where I needed to be.

Closing the curtains meant blocking the heater/fan if you wanted privacy from the outside on the first floor.

I had a very nice time, everything was great, except the front desk lady was a bit rude.

The last night we were there the individuals in the room next to ours were very loud and noisy. We did report this to management.

the lady that provided the food helped with a couple extra requests, remembered me from the previous year and serviced late arriving guests.

Location was very good, breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable, room was quiet and restful

Room was a little smaller than expected, but well served the purpose for an overnight stay

The room was clean and very comfortable!! All the staff from the front desk to house keeping was very friendly and professional.

Probably price if I had to choose one!
