Room and bed were quite good. Liked how quiet it was once we were in our room. The Tv was adequate although a little small.

This place is no longer a Best western but is now owned by Radisson. The place was hard to find because the Best Western signs were gone, I had to ask at another motel where this motel was after driving up and down the highway looking for it. The registration desk was unmaned when we went to register and had to wait what seemed forever before we were attended to. There was no one at the desk when we left in the morning. The breakfast was meager at best without any fruit or meat to go along with the barely warm eggs.

Great location for outlet mall shopping

The pool was dirty, the outside door was open too so it was freezing cold in the pool area, sauna was fine but the control for it was falling off the wall. The windows were not locked when we got to the room (ground level room). Glad we checked because usually we just pull the curtain shut

The staff was great and friendly. Very clean and comfortable. They even had fun with the grandkids. Looking forward to again soon. Thank you

There wasn't anything we didnt like. But the pool could have been a little warmer. It was cold

Clean, friendly staff, fast internet , breakfast and honestly it was our favourite night in a hotel and the other ones we paid double and triple for !

The staff was very accommodating. Joseph at the front desk was very thorough and attentive. No problems checking in or out. The pool was very enjoyable as it was heated perfectly!

The supplies were very limited for the continental breakfast. The staff was even frustrated with what little they had to present.

Food was good and a great variety. Lobby was very nice, looked cozy. Loved seeing the fish in the waterfall.

The door in the parking lot going into the hotel for the first floor rooms didn’t look like it locked, hoping this is locked at night for security.

Very friendly and helpful.

Tv reception had reception problems every 5 or 10 minutes on the stations we watched.

Good breakfast. I enjoyed the chance to have a variety of juices.
