Great location, and nice size apartment with well equipped full size kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc. Plenty of towels and a starter pack for coffee from the hotel. Nice views of the lake and central location. Staff was friendly and welcoming.

The exterior is in need of some TLC to repair or replace the siding. Lots of spiders and webs in all the walkways although I guess they help control other bugs. The gym , hot tub and pool are in the Woodloch community which is a little far from the resort. Think it was about 8 miles away. Pool at Woodloch needs to be repaired but it’s a decent size.

Tanglewood property/view and room setup was absolutely fabulous. I loved the room space and the staff were really nice

My family have stayed at Tanglwood several times and this was the first time I came. As my room was in a section further from my family, my brother requested if I could be moved to room near them and the office graciously accommodated me however my room was not satisfactorily clean. It is a good thing that I always have Lysol wipes and disinfectant with me to when i stay at hotels/.condos. I did not get time to make a comment with office before I left but next time I will be sure to do so. If the room was cleaner, this stay would have easily been a 10. I really like Tanglwood Resort.

Nice location and view of the lake. Other towns are less than 40 minutes away. There is a beautiful walking path along the lake and into the woods where you come out of the woods to a picnic area and swimming is available in the lake

We had a single bedroom which are located upstairs. We found the stairs steps narrow and difficult to take our bags up the stairs.

The lodge also was great. Great food, great entertainment. Everyone very friendly and show us excellent hospitality. Great location, close to stores. and boat tour we attending. I rate 5 stars. I would definitely recommend Tanglewood resorts. To my friends. Love y'all🥰

Condo was large. Furniture comfortable. Very clean. Love the full kitchen. This was about our fourth time staying there.

Not that I didn’t like it, but I prefer the front condos better. Your outdoor space has a beautiful view of the lake. We were in the back condos this time on the first floor where our only view was trees.

The location provides great access to the lake affording great views and opportunities to see beautiful sunsets. The staff are GREAT!

The property is dated. Television, WiFi access and decor need updating. There are some small maintenance issues too, but staff has always been responsive.

It was great to be able to get up in the morning and make our own breakfast while watching the beautiful lake. We had everything that we needed to do just that. The staff was so accommodating and we will be coming back.

We loved our condo. It had everything we needed or wanted.

There were just 2 minor things. One I killed a roach in the bedroom. YUCK! And (while I fully understand it) we felt the additional $50.00 cleaning fee was a bit high considering we stripped the bed AND took out the trash.

The location was fantastic.Lake view from the window, little rocky "beach access" to the lake, beautiful trail along the lake just accross the street. Hawley 5 min drive by car. Very clean place, fully equipped kitchen, huge kitchen counter for those who like to prepare some meals, comfortable beds. Wood furniture that didnt have any sharp corners which worked really well with a toddler.

Tones of non biting midges outside the doors especially in the evening. They look like mosquitoes but aren't.

Clean room, big condo. Love the full kitchen. Staff is very nice. Quiet area. View of Lake Wallenpaupack from both bedroom and living room windows. So pretty. Love the area.

Nothing we didn’t like. Bed was a little soft for our liking but that’s just personal preference.
