Hotel was great! Comfortable bed, clean linens, nice breakfast selection. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Accessing the hotel parking lot was very difficult. GPS directs you to an unmarked private road that should get you to the hotel which is on the opposite side of the divided road. That road is not only hard to see, but also often flooded, iced over or washed out. If you circle around and turn right too early, you'll wind up taking a 40 mile round-trip detour via the PA Tpk.

We stayed for two nights, family of 5. The room was spacious enough and clean. The beds and the pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and relatively varied. There is a tea and coffee station 24 hours a day. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel is right next to the road, and the noise isolation from the outside is not sufficient, so you hear the cars and trucks, which disturbs your sleep a little. You should pay attention to the access road to the hotel, because it is very easy to miss it. It would be desirable to have appropriate signage to help.

Convenient location. Love the pool and Jacuzzi available from 6 AM to midnight. Breakfast was nice and served starting 6 AM. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was clean and all staff were pleasant.

Safety Issue: (I did bring this up with a man at the desk when I left. He said he’d take care of it. I’m writing this because people get busy and can forget things.) Next to the toaster sat a METAL set of tongs. They might have been there for the waffle maker. Yet, if bread got stuck in the toaster, a person might grab the METAL tongs. I told the man I spoke to that they need NON-METALLIC tongs (like plastic or wood). Over time, the switch in the toaster can wear down and allow current flow. The electricity could seriously injure or kill someone. They should also have a sign by the toaster saying “Do NOT use Metal Tongs in Toaster.” We were there three mornings and each had the same items. I realize that’s easier and probably more economical. Yet, some variety would have been nice.

Safe, great breakfast, welcoming and very responsive front desk staff, great swimming pool and a hot tub ( towels provided), ample parking, small gym. Stayed for 2 nights with my wife and 3 year old. We visited Jim Thorpe(15 mins ) , Hickory Run State Park(30 mins ) and Bush Kill falls ( 1 hour )convenient drive. Value for the price, recommend for family!

Room carpet cleanliness.The carpet was very dusty and we wore socks and flip-flops all during the stay. Missed the exit to the hotel and almost took the TurnPike, some home made a u turn and returned back. It’s toll and 30 mins drive if you take the TurnPike. Could be helpful if there were more clearer sign indicating to make a right to enter the hotel.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Parking was plentiful and the location was near the areas of interest for our trip.

The hotel is located too close to the main highway which allows a little too much traffic noise. Nothing you can do about the large vehicles, overly loud sport cars and mc's travelling on the highway but the noise does interfere with the overall atmosphere. The traffic noise was was not horrible but something to be aware of during your stay. This would not deter me from staying again but others may find it a problem they wish to avoid.

Spacious room with normal amenities such as fridge and microwave and LG tv with access to Netflix (with membership). Plenty of cozy pillows. Really nice indoor pool which we never tried but it looked like other guests enjoyed it! Friendly check-in with cookies and hot beverages available 24/7.

Breakfast very basic. No potatoes offered for vegans who like something warm and savory for breakfast. Beds a bit too firm.

The Hotel is very nice, the rooms were very clean and nicely appointed, especially the bathroom. The Staff is professional and attentive. The extended check out time (12:00 pm) is a lovely touch, allowing for a leisurely breakfast (until 10:30 am) and departure. PS: continuous availability of coffee and cookies was a great treat!

Although a pleasant stay, I think the beds were uncomfortable, and the couch and chair as well in the sitting area. The breakfast was acceptable, and much like any of the others I've experienced, although by 10:00 am, it looked picked clean.

The room was clean, My kids loved breakfast and the fact that when we came back from skiing there were cookies. They also enjoyed that you had a pool. But no towels by the pool.

The kids had to use their shower towel for the pool. They were still wet the following morning. Wish that the coffee cup were a bit larger as I like my coffee in the AM. And with three kids and taking them skiing foe three day in a row I definitely could have used a bit more coffee to start the day.
