The staff was so kind and helpful. Housekeeping was nice and so considerate. It was Peaceful, clean and comfortable. Absolutely perfect for what my elderly mom and I needed. Mom is 89 and totally dependent. The staff asked about her every day and that meant a lot. They were so thoughtful. We had a handicap room and it was perfect for her. It has been a wonderful experience. The bed is soooooooo comfy.

I can't say I didn't like anything it's just stupid little annoyances that was more amusing than anything. The microwave sounds like it's going to blow up lol. The garbage cans are ridiculously small. Mmmmm maybe good for a Smurf lol. The phone didn't work but that's not a big deal. The orange juice machine in the breakfast lounge didn't work that kinda sucked. I'm sorry to say but the free breakfast they advertise is kinda crappy. Honestly they would be better off just doing coffee and donuts lol. But hey, the price for the room was super awesome and there's a Wendy's right next door problem solved LOL. So overall we would definitely come back ❣️

The location was very convenient, close to the Finger lakes, vineyards, and Ithaca. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast good, with many healthy options, such as milk and fruit.

There were some bugs in the room, but the hotel staff was very prompt in changing the room for me. I was very pleased.

From the moment I checked in, staff were welcoming and courteous, lobby and then room very clean and the space, though small, was well set up with everything I needed. Location is convenient with restaurants and Walmart within walking distance.

No negatives on hotel, the region makes me a little nostalgic for how much more vibrant it seemed when I lived there.

The hotel was very difficult to find. The sign at the road was close to the ground and not lit. The drive to the hotel, which was back from the road was not lit and narrow. Even with GPS, it was a challenge to get there. I was disappointed in the breakfast offerings.

I don't have breakfast but I appreciated the fact that I could have coffee 24/7 if I chose to. Plenty of vending machines. Games for children.

Few repairs could be done. Staff was so friendly. Really no complaints

Liked the location, close to family. Restaurants and stores nearby. Friendly and helpful personnel. Pretty clean.

Bed was terribly uncomfortable. Had to ask for towels and exchange piece for coffeemaker which was wrong size for coffee packets. Breakfast not that good as far as selection.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ok (waffle maker and bagels among some other offerings).

Perhaps the person at the desk when we checked in was having a bad day. Greeted us by looking up from whatever he was doing and said “what?”.

The room was updated, clean and exceptionally nice, especially for the price point

The marque or the entrance was not well lit making the entrance difficult to find at night - but appears to be under construction or very new. The breakfast was minimal but adequate.

The room we stayed in was clean and quiet. Had breakfast there every morning of our stay. The hotel is very convenient to everything like there's a Walmart beside it, a Wendy's in the same parking lot, and a nice restaurant called beemans just right down the road. The staff at this hotel was also nice and friendly.
