Always clean and comfy. The renovations are appreciated. It looks nice. Can't beat the price.

I booked this room for my parents, who, when visiting, always stay here. I requested a room with a bathtub. They did not confirm, but when my parents arrived, they said they had a bathtub. Unfortunately, there was no stopper for the tub. My parents requested help from the desk several times, but no one ever came to address their problem. So, the first night, they survived with showers. The second night, we made a makeshift water stopper, and all were happy. So, not without complaint, but a nice stay overall. I'm not sure why the desk couldn't run up and help them that first night after a long day of travel.

Great value. Great stay, and everyone was friendly. Front staff was available for check in when I arrived at 1:30 A.M. after a long drive. The only thing I'd say is they need to replace the floors. My shoes would almost "stick" to it. Other than that, everything was great.

It was VERY clean and you could even smell the clean as soon as you walked in!

Wish they wouldn’t have set fireworks off in the parking lot where our cars were parked but it was the Fourth of July and we appreciated that they wanted to have fun and give us guests some fun to watch!

Breakfast could have been better with the offering of eggs and meat of some kind. Perhaps donuts or pastry would have been nice.

Our door cards had to be recharged twice meaning we had to return to the lobby for service. We couldn’t figure out which TV remote would work and could only get the CNN channel.

The location was great. The room was very spacious compared to other hotels I have stayed at. Wonderful staff.

The rooms flooring confused me a little bit when I first checked in. It looks like carpeting but is like vinyl flooring. It'is a bit slippy when walking around in socks or stockiings. Just have to keep reminding the smaller kids to be careful so they don't slip and fall.

Pennsylvania was gorgeous! Good restaurants and resources abroad also. Our architectural study was successful, as the hotel was very close to FLW's Fallingwater.

The beds are pretty uncomfortable, both myself and my 90 year old mom had sore backs in the morning. I wish there was a pool or hot tub. I forgot to look when booking. BUT I would likely stay again!

The breakfast was good but offered no protein. Location was good. The only problem was that my room smelled bad. I got used to it. They also did a sloppy paint job and got green paint on the beautiful oak wood trim. Plaster was starting to spall in the bathroom.

The smell in the room was bad. It is in something there. Not sure if it from the refrigerator which also smells bad without anything in it, or there is something in the carpet. The smell needs to be mitigated. I did not complain; lucky to find a room with 10,000 people attending at Mount Saint Macrina across the street.

We stayed at this location in June, 2022. At that time I thought the staff was unfriendly and there was a large amount of traffic noise in our room. We returned to this location three months later as we were passing through on our way home. The staff was much friendlier. The young man at the desk even gave me a different room when I asked if they had one away from the busy road. He was happy to change our room number. Another staff member made sure I was okay while I was standing in the lobby with all my luggage waiting for my husband to park the car. I think this location has listened to their customers and are striving to improve.

I don't like the hard floors. They are noisy and cold. I'm sure it is much easier to keep clean, though. But the man in the room next to us had a heavy tread and we could hear him walking around. I was awakened at 4 am to the sound of his footsteps.

Very convenient, clean, accessible, friendly. Amazing amount of storage space. Wonderful bathroom. If you are looking for ultimate comfort, go somewhere else, but if you want clean, comfortable, and affordable this is the place for you.
