This hotel was a nice surprise. One of the best Holiday Inns I have stayed at. We knew beforehand the breakfast was included. To our delight, it was actually a breakfast voucher to the attached restaurant with a proper menu. The food was great. The staff was also very friendly and the room was spacious and comfortable. Great for a single night. Rarely do I feel like hotels are good value these days - this was a pleasant exception.

Parking can be difficult. The lot was quite full.

The hotel itself was nice and the rooms were clean. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I would stay there again on another visit to Williamsport.

There was only one elevator in the hotel and it was slow moving. Additionally, there was ONE waitress/hostess working in the restaurant located in the hotel (We recognize that the restaurant may not be own by the hotel) However, one waitress to work on a busy weekend was not acceptable (we were up there for college homecoming). She was rude, overwhelmed and told us she couldn't seat us bc "she couldn't handle another table" so we had to go to another place for breakfast. I would suggest the restaurant work on getting more staff for busy weekends at the hotel.

The staff is phenomenal! Each person we encountered from the front desk to the bar were incredibly nice and helpful!! The location is excellent. Easy access to all areas of downtown and surrounding areas. Williamsport is great and has a lot to offer for such a small city. The room was very clean.

It’s a little bit dated, but clean and comfortable.

I liked that the room was clean and well stocked. I enjoyed having access to the pool and gym facilities. The breakfast was very good.

It was fully booked so there were a lot of people using the pool. The towels ran out but when we let them know they stocked them again. In the morning we used the pool again and the towels were empty. They again restocked them. It mostly had more to do with others who were using the towels and taking them into the pool to play with(children).

My wife and I booked the King Suite top floor. Didn’t want to leave. Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom, stand up shower, heated toilet seat and bidet. Our room had a dining room, living room, and a separate bedroom. Heated pool room was also a plus! Great downtown location, one block from grocery, restaurants and shopping!

No complimentary breakfast that I was aware of, roof had small leaks after a rainy night. Would be a 10 out of 10 other than that.

Staff was amazing, very clean, got breakfast delivered to the door from the restaurant in the building.

We picked a very busy weekend so at night the parking was limited. We couldn't figure out the tub drain, staff was great on helping us figure it out.

Easy to get to access to local amenities within walking distance

Breakfast at the restaurant in the hotel was not the best it could have been not busy by any means and food took over an hour for some eggs and bacon and toast over priced

Great location for going to the Little League World Series. Downtown was very walka le with great restaurant options.

There could have been more parking, street parking wad required id you didn't get back to the hotel earlier enough.

The hotel was clean, welcoming and the rooms were spacious. The on-site restaurant was great and the staff was so nice. Great location too

A little too much chlorine in the pool, but otherwise no complaints 😉

the room was great. Also the flatbread I got at the restaurant was excellent.

The lobby smelled musty. The parking was not the greatest. Hard to find a parking space after 6:30 pm
