The lady who attended to me when I checked in on the afternoon of July 29th was very warm, cordial, and helpful. She was very pleasant. Actually, everyone at Clarion Inn that I was able to interact with was very pleasant and helpful. They serve with a smile on their faces. The breakfast was also sufficient and varied. A very good experience with Clarion Inn along Whiskey Road in Aiken, South Carolina.

Nothing really. Everything was just awesome.

We were there for a 1 night stay, we were in Aiken for Nationals dance competition. Our room was comfortable and well worth the price. It could have been a tad cleaner, and maybe some upgrades (coffee pot) and a refrigerant refresh on the fridge (wasn't very cold) however, with that being said, we would definitely stay here again!

Just that there was no coffee pot, the fridge wasn't really cold, and it needed a little cleanup

Breakfast was great, plenty of options. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable.

The Wifi worked well sometimes, but others it did not work at all. The television service was also using the wifi, so the bandwidth may have been used up. The tv also took a lot of time loading from time to time.

The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. The property was located in a very convenient area….lots of restaurants nearby. However, the building itself seems to need some repairers. There were water stains on the ceiling, and buckets placed in several places where the ceiling seemed to be have been leaking.

The staff was amazing.. I don't want to miss spell the lady at checkin time was 11 pm.. she is from New york.. she recommended vampire penguin which was awesome!!!!!! Wished I could have left her note to say thank you. We never stayed in Aiken before, and it was so peaceful at this little spot... thanks again front desk clerk hands down a big assets to your company.

The hard little couch pillows (extra bed pillows) .. and really small bathroom

Most everything was AOK. Needed a blanket in room or on Bed. The cover wasn’t enough. I also would put a sheet over coverlet. It was kind of scratchy. Really needed a blanket! Breakfast were great. Staff was great.

Staff was very nice. Made sure we had what we needed.

The pool was not always looking clean. You need better pool maintenance.

The staff wasvsry friendly and helpful. The room was nice and spacious and looked recently remodeled.

In the remodeling they missed somd finishing touched - strike plate on light switches abd exposed wire.

I like that the hotel was next to a restaurant. It was also near the softball complex. It was clean.

I didn't like the smell of the room. It smelled like smoke.

The hostess was polite, nice and very helpful. The breakfast was great. My kids enjoyed the pool after playing ball games all day.

The rooms good have been cleaner. The beds a little softer.
