Yogurt

Sausage meat sorely needs an upgrade! I know it’s free but c’mon! I would rather pay a fee for a better grade of meat than to eat what was served for free. My apple was damaged on the backside! It has 2 big gashes in it. Glad I inspected it before eating. My tangerine like fruit had no taste. So overall I intended to have a sausage and egg breakfast but just wound up eating yogurt.

The staff was the friendliest of any hotel we’ve ever stayed in. We also appreciated the bottles of water and popcorn upon arrival. We have only seen that overseas or more expensive hotels in the US. The staff was always available to guests but when no guests were at the desk founds things to stay busy. I even saw the general manager and front desk manager emptying the trash in dining area.

Breakfast was very adequate but maybe an additional item or two such as a pastry option.

So clean. It was in a great spot and the staff was excellent. Heather was really good at the front desk extra and have us great tips for places to eat and points of interest everyone there smiled all the time!

Light in parking lot shined in our window.but there was black out curtains to offset.

The breakfast was great with lots of options from cereal to omelets. The location was close to where I needed to be, my only caveat would be getting into the property from Interstate 20W. You have to get into the left lane immediately in order to turn on the road where the hotel is located. I arrived during rush hour so it was a little challenging.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like.

Our stay at the true hotel in North Augusta was a very pleasant one enjoy the staff the cleanness of the hotel the location how rooms are comfortable they see to your room every two days unless you ask for more great place to stay

The toiletries were really nice and smelled good. Everything was nice and clean. Staff was really accommodating and nice. We were checked on via text to see if we needed anything.

No pool, rooms were a little small, wish there was a living room area, no microwave in the room. We were aware of these things prior to booking, not major, but could have been a plus to have. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect location for our impromptu overnight trip. The place was spotless and I can’t say enough good things about the staff. From checking in to checking out, the staff was so kind. It was a breath of fresh air to have that kind of customer service. Highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was great. Made you feel at home. Very helpful. The breakfast was very good. We had grits, eggs , sausage and a bagel. The coffee was good also. The room was so clean, quiet and bed was comfortable. Enjoyed our stay so much.

The pancakes were good and I liked the variety of food choices.

I am non-dairy and I it would have been nice to have some cooked eggs available without cheese.The juice machine was not working and disappointing. I tried twice and had to pour out the juice both times. I stopped trying and drank from my water bottle instead.

Amazing staff all around. From front desk to house keeping to breakfast staff, amazing. Thank you to all of you.

Price per day is a little steep, but I guess it was worth it.
