Everything was really nice about my stay. I appreciated that they came everyday and provided new towels, emptied waste basket and if needed and any cleaning requested. You didn't have to ask they automatically did so which is unlike any other hotels I have stayed at. No issues with anything. Room was clean and comfortable.

The only thing I could see was that the breakfast items that were to be warm were cool not warm. Also bananas needed to be thrown away rather then served. Other than that the breakfast area was clean and staff were very friendly. Coffee was always hot and good.

Wonderful, clean rooms, comfortable beds and sheets. Quiet.Helpful and friendly front desk.

Maid service in rooms was lacking. Probably just no help. We stayed 2 nights. I made up my own bed and reused the towels. but I would have appreciated a fresh washcloth, even though there was an extra. All they did was empty the trash and give more keurig cups. My sister, on the samr floor did not get any replacement coffee pods.

The receptionist was very nice and helpful. The suite larger than I expected, so I was very happy with that. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I also really liked the breakfast options.

The only complaint I really have was the room looked old and needed some small repairs - like the bubbling paint in the bathroom…nothing big though.

Breakfast was okay. It had the basic items that a free breakfast would have. I ate sausage and eggs and drank the selection of juice they had. The eggs tasted like real shell eggs. Not something frozen or powdered.

Everything was good. The front desk clerk could have been a little more welcoming but hey it wasn't a deal breaker, it was after 11 pm when we checked in, and the clerk may have had a rough day.

we stayed at holiday Inn express in Rock Hill the night before which was a nicer hotel for less money. it was cleaner and the bed was more comfortable. to pay more money for the same chain hotel that cost more but less roomy feeling and bed not as comfortable the very next night is disappointing.

Did not eat breakfast. Had coffee breakfast room looked fantastic but we had an appointment for breakfast. It's a nice very very well run hotel.

Asked what sheets they used because they were so smooth and nice. We were told they were corporate and could not provide any information.

Traveled as a solo woman. Needed a place to stop for the night off I-20. It was located in a nice neighborhood with other hotels also available on booking.com. There was a large selection of restaurants, big box stores, grocery, etc nearby. the hotel had a hot breakfast available, matching the pre-Covid choices and the coffee was strong. The sodas and snacks in the little shop were priced fairly. However, it was $20 more than the other hotel listed on booking for the same night that was essentially across the street. Had I known, I likely would have booked the other hotel as I was just sleeping and driving on.

This hotel was further off the freeway than the map seemed to indicate.

Fit the bill for what I needed on a road trip down the coast. Good bed, friendly staff, and a breakfast that was lacking but still fit the bill for what was needed. Overall could be $20 less a night and would be 9/10

Shower was really bad, almost no pressure and the shower head seemed very clogged in the room. A/C wasn't on prior to entering the room, so it was stuffy for a few minutes. I was a last minute booking, so perhaps they normally would turn it on prior.

Breakfast was good. Everything was super clean. Staff was willing to help in every way they could to make you comfortable. I “loved staying here.” It was one of the best places we stayed in, in a long time….if you’re looking for a new place to go and you enjoy horses and history, then visit Aiken S.C. It was a really nice place to vacation. Visit The Willcox Hotel*Restaurant*Spa for lunch or dinner you won’t be disappointed. Staff and food were great!!!

Sometimes street noise being right off the main road. But, would not prevent me from coming again.

Breakfast not served until 7:00, too late for horse show people, which is very popular in Aiken.
