The staff at breakfast was phenomenal. They always went above and beyond expectation. Your hostesses Belinda and Jennifer are exceptional in all aspects of their job. They definitely will be one of our reasons to revisit your hotel. Other services and staff were also very amenable to any of our requests or needs.

Maybe timelessness of house keeping (supplying towels and other small amenities; but is understandable due to the events that were occurring during our stay. A different time might show a more positive response.

Staff were friendly, not nosey, helpful. They displayed Southern charm. Loved the cleanliness, decorum and efficiency. There was nothing to complain about!

The hallways were really cold. Maybe it keeps bugs out? Breakfast would be nice. Or a snack?

the location was great to Citizens Park. It was maybe 7 minutes away & close to the restaurants and the mall

when we got there someone had dropped a Waffle House plate of food at the entrance door. I told the staff & she simply stated she didn’t have time to clean it up. I thought that was insane because we arrived at 1:30 in the morning & the lobby was empty

The location of the hotel is convenient and lobby is nice and clean. The staff is really nice. They have a bar. They rooms are a nice size. The breakfast offered was good, wish they would bring back the waffles.

I was disappointed to know the checkout time was 11am instead of 12pm which is what was in the email I received. Also, they offered dinner but ran out of food. The prices on their items in the store are pricey. The air conditioner was loud, and the bed wasn't comfortable on this visit. They usually are though.

The property was clean, staff was wonderful. The room was clean, and stocked with everything that was needed for our stay

Staff at front desk was super friendly and always welcoming. Close/walking distance to a variety of places for groceries and/or coffee

The staff is what makes this hotel terrific! I don’t have all of their names but the gals that worked the check in desk were amazing, Tuesday evenings staff and especially Julie. These gals are gems and I would come back just for them.

Staff was very friendly. I had ordered fried chicken and fries. The service was great, but the food was not. No seasoning the chicken tasted bland. I know you can't seasoning food because allergies and other factors. That was my only problem.

You can try seasoning the food a little bettet. Try seasoning the flour or put a little seasoning on the chicken before frying. This would help.

Hotel was neat, clean and friendly. Location perfect for our needs.

Hotel overrated for price but obviously what the market would bear.

Staff was extremely friendly, room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. My son is a wheelchair user and he had no issues with our accommodations.
