We enjoyed the items available each morning for a quick delicious breakfast and the staff was very, very friendly and patient. They did not rush us or ask us to leave the dining area after the alotted breakfast hours.

Room service was not done for our entire stay. Never received an email or text asking for service. Room was not cleaned until after the third day of asking the front desk. Beds not made and towels not removed until we did it ourselves and front desk gave us new towels.

I enjoyed my stay at the country Inn. Bree was great she handled my check in very well. Also, there was a girl there with her name started with a an Allison. All the hot items for breakfast tasted as if they were made in a factory or a food plant, as opposed to being made in an on-site kitchen.

The only poor experience of this stay at the hotel was that the breakfast was not up to par. The hot food was of mid to lower quality, especially the omelets. The breakfast sausages had the texture of being very processed and tasted very, very bland. The grits, hot as they were, were about as thick as wallpaper paste.

The bed was awesome! I had been driving a while and the tension in my neck and shoulders was intense. I slept the best I had slept in 10 days. The coffee was fantastic and the all night cookies were a pleasant surprise. The breakfast was fresh and very good. We didn't interact with the staff much, but when we did they were very friendly.

The TV was smaller than we would have expected.

The hotel was clean . The majority of staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great . Staff in the breakfast area was very cheerful, and nothing was too much of trouble. Gerald was exceptionally helpful. Tabatah, the manager, was great. Very supportive and helpful. Great team .

The Downside of our stay was a swimming pool area. It was locked and closed. Was really looking forward to having a dip in the pool ,but I was very disappointed with that .

Everything was wonderful! The room was clean. The King suite was great having a door to close for the bedroom! Perfect location! Many options for breakfast! The front desk was friendly! Everything was clean from the time you walked in all the way to your room!!

The only thing I would say is our water did not get very hot , so we could not take a long shower . But it was doable..

Everyone was extremely helpful, we have stayed here several times and have always had a great experience. My wife forgot her smartwatch in the bathroom and when I called to see if they found it, they in fact had it at the front desk waiting for me to come back and get. We have nothing but positive things to say about our stay. We will be back every other week or so, many thanks to all the staff!

Hey only thing I could ever wish for is that ALL hotels were less expensive 😁 of course ours was reasonably priced for staying at a place with such the high ratings.

Breakfast was always well stocked with friendly attendant. The ladies at the front desk were so nice. We told them about the festival we were working and they came out and stopped by.

Upon entering in room, there was on open pocket knife laying on the bed by the pillow. I took it to front desk and she apologized.

The best feature of this hotel was the breakfast selection. Loved having the waffle maker, coffee, and fresh fruit! There was also a choice of juice, scrambled eggs, sausage, grits, and cereal. Made it well worth it! The rooms were spacious, and beds felt clean and were very comfortable. We woke up refreshed and ready for the next day. I really enjoyed having a living room with a door to the bedroom and a second TV. An easy way to accommodate children or just to enjoy the space without disturbing others sleeping in the bedroom.

The hotel is visibly dated. I am not particular on the freshest and newest of buildings, but though this one may have been updated in the past few years, still had somewhat disturbing features. The hallway floor upstairs was really loud and creaky. There was only a single elevator that operated so slowly we had a fleeting and scary thought of "what if it never opens"... The rooms seemed a bit damp with a faint old carpet smell.
