For the work I was doing in town, the location was perfect.

The parking lot is a bit small and tight, but manageable. While the lot and walkways are well-lit which is great for safety, the room gets a lot of light, even with the blinds closed.

The staff was very friendly. We were here after the hurricane cause we had no power or water! We were the first guest when their power came on. They didn’t skip a beat! They were so nice getting us into our rooms! I was so appreciative!

The staff is very friendly and professional whenever I stay in Aiken . I choose them.

Hot water in the shower didn't get hot enough

Although I booked the smoking room, the smell of the room was bad, but the staff always pleasant and professional

TV was jus right. Bed was ok for the night

The AC unit rattled all night long. There was cracks in shower an dirt or mold on wall under shower head. Not a big fan of tile but I understand why it's down instead of carpet. Too expensive for accommodations an the area
