1.Most of staff has a great personality, friendly and accommodating, even the breakfast cook/server and some of the maids who speak English. 2. Ease of navigating the property yet, secured with key card at every entry/exit for safety. 3. Secured gate parking lot for guest only. 4. Nice decent sized pool area, fire pit area, and nice designated smoking area. 5. Although on opposite end of Broad St downtown Augusta, GA, still able to walk Broad St and visit the restaurants and bars for a good time! It's affordable and nice, just have to walk a few more blocks than the more expensive hotels that are closer to the downtown action or nightlife.

1. Elevator had spilled coke on floor. There was a caution ⚠️ slip sign in Elevator but the spill and the Elevator was NEVER mopped or spill cleaned for the entire weekend. Spent the whole weekend using the same Elevator (due to lack of Elevator options) walking around, and toting luggage around the spills in the Elevator trying not to slip, or stain and damage my shoes and luggage. It felt as if the Elevators only get mopped at certain days or times (after cleaning the rooms) when the maids are on duty. Eventually the spilled coke dried up, then the Elevator floor just looked dirty. I know and expected them to be better than that.

I was right around the corner from the James Arena center. Plus when we went down for breakfast we was past our time but the lady over the kitchen (Shawnte) went above and beyond to make sure we got fed before we got back on the road. I locked my key up in my room and left some of my belongings while packing so the lady at the front desk (Kelly) made sure I got back in my room to finish getting my belongings . Great customer services on both ladies behalf!

Breakfast was great, staff was very helpful. Variety of hot and cold foods, cereal, sausage (pork and turkey), biscuits, fruit, eggs and drinks (orange/apple juice, milk, coffee and water). Bathroom was huge, sink was small.

The room was small. Perfect for one person but would be crowded with two or more guests. Didn't like that there wasn't a closet door. There was no iron in the room even though there was an ironing board.

Nice area, close enough to the hospital and dr we came to visit. Very nice and helpful staff!

The sound of traffic going on the highway was a little unpleasant but I had a fan for noise to drown out the sounds. The room smelled like a stale or dirty mop/water was used in room. And phone was covered with banana strings.

The staff and facilities were excellent. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was hot and tasty. This hotel is a good value hotel.

I was not able to use the pool on one of the days because of a pipe or main break. On my last night, there was a face towel in the hall and a cup. I also didn't like that I couldn't get a rollaway bed.

Within walking distance to event. Secure parking. Kitchen staff was amazing.They opened an hour earlier for the people participating in the ironman event. Good selection of food and very efficient.

There was no housekeeping in our room.When I asked, the desk staff said there was a sign in the room requesting the service. There was no sign.They did however give us e everything we needed.

Breakfast was good. Except we arrived there at 8:00am and there was no coffee. There was no body around to refill it. i looked for the men and they were outside. So I went in the kitchen and got more coffee.

It was rather warm in the hallways, but the rooms were nice and cool. I noticed their fruit water in the lobby was available and looked inviting, except when I came down the next morning, it was still there from the night before. Not very inviting.

Everyone on staff was so nice ! Especially Horace from the kitchen. He deserves a raise . He was so kind to my mother and my 2 dogs. He went well out of his way to make sure we had a nice breakfast and he clearly cared!! Thank you Horace! God bless you and yours🙏

Staff were very professional and friendly. Breakfast was good, the area was well cleaned and food was kept refilled and hot.

The only downside was quite a bit of noise from the room above us. Maybe it is not the best sound proofing, or maybe we had very loud and early risers above us.

The lady at the reception Shawntee was very welcoming. Breakfast was a good spread and beds were comfortable.

There was a fishy smell in the hallway and the bottle pump for body wash in room 311 was not working.
