This location really needs signage from the main road. To reach it, you turn into the access road and the view is of desolation and closed buildings. There needs to be a sign with the name pointing to the right to direct customers to the hotel.

Breakfast met my needs as I am a Bagel and cream cheese girl! The lady in the kitchen was very pleasant and accommodating.

I appreciate good customer service. I would have expected a smile or someone saying welcome to our hotel when I arrived. No one behind the desk ever spoke when I came in or even walking by to breakfast in the morning. The best I got when I checked out was a copy of my receipt waiting on me with a comment “Here you go!” I am willing to forgive the lack of customer service since I found that the hotel was very clean even though an old hotel. And the value for the night and comfort of the bed were excellent. I will be staying there again next week so maybe there is time for training the person up front with a lesson on southern hospitality!

Clean and fresh smelling lobby when we entered. The staff was very nice.l and friendly. Room was clean and quiet. Bed was comfy. Room didn’t have an odor. Hallways were clean. Breakfast was simple but good. Staff was attentive at breakfast. One staff member went above and beyond to help me family with an older family member. Shout out to Shannon!

The rail to the steps was very wobbly and made it difficult for older family member to get up and down the stairs. Only one elevator and it was farther down than we could walk. Also the bathroom doorway has a little step up to get in and was a little difficult for older adults. We had the suite room so could just be them.

The facility, hallway and room were very clean, no odors, well kept. Ample parking and well lit parking lot. Ice machine halfway in corridor. Our room was at the far end of the corridor so the carts for luggage were welcome. Close to Interstate , gas stations and downtown for dinner.

The entry to the hotel is poorly marked and poorly kept with overgrown weeds. The reception person had zero personality and spoke so low we couldn't tell what she was saying as to where our room was. The sign next to check in states not responsible for car or property, which when asked about such, the response was , that's it? The room was fine however the mattress needs replacement, very uncomfortable. No shampoo in bathroom. Breakfast was ok except coffee was cold both times I got a cup.

The breakfast was excellent! The variety of items offered were fresh and tasty. The room was very clean; the bed was very comfortable; and the bathroom was exactly what we were hoping for. This was clearly the best room of the four that we've rented so far on this trip. I will definitely use Comfort Inn more often, based on this experience.

This was the 2nd most expensive of the rooms that we rented; however, it was clearly the best overall, so that mitigated the cost.

We didn't have breakfast there but I did see quite a lot of people in the dining room eating. The room was surprisingly beautiful; clean; well maintained. I didn't so much like the mini step going into the bathroom. I'd forget about it and my toes would catch it, but after looking, I don't see how it can be fixed to be even with the flooring.

I was skeptical at first, the location was sketchy, an abandoned business property is the first thing you see when pulling into the Comfort Suite driveway, not to mention, the driveway could use some TLC.

The best scrambled eggs I have ever had in my life! I complimented the lady in the kitchen. She was extremely cordial and accommodating.

Two weeks ago, I stayed at this hotel, and recommended that the lady at the front desk receive some training on customer service and southern hospitality. This same lady worked the morning shift of my checkout, and I did see an improvement.

We had an accessible room that met our needs very well. I might add that I would have preferred that the bed be lower, closer to chair height is more appropriate in an accessible room. I travel with a small step stool, and was able to get on the extra high bed. But all things considered, it was a good match, and the shower bench was less wobbly than the one we had in the same hotel several weeks before. We also appreciated the upgrading that appeared to be taking place in the hotel public areas.

Just that we would have preferred a lower bed height, and the orange juice served at the breakfast, on our return trip, had gone sour. The second issue was not a real problem for us.

The breakfast buffet area could be bigger and spread out more, Tring to make toast and also get your eggs and meat was too close together, resulting in a very uncomfortable experience , Aso had trouble with the key card..We had to have it reprogramed 4 times, still wouldn't work, had to have housekeeping let us back into our room.

Clean, looked decent, remodeling in progress, right off I 95 so convenient for quick overnight stay. Eateries close by.

Under remodeling, I could smell the glue they were using to replace wallpaper or baseboards or carpet. Workers still there after 6pm. Looked like replacing carpet and wallpaper, and same building, down the hall from our room. I have asthma and fumes sensitivities sicI was concerned about how the odors would travel into our room. Fortunately the ac was individual to each room and vented out, or rather, drawing air from outdoors.
