Loved that the room had a full size fridge and a stove and provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Staff was great and got me checked in earlier than normal check in.

There wasn't anything we didn't like

Very comfortable quiet room I thought we’d hear more noise because of proximity to interstate. We were in corner room so could hear people exiting down stairwell but not terrible.

Easy to find. Convenient to dining out. Loved the automatic doors out front for convenient luggage hauling. We’ll equipped room. Everything worked.

Breakfast was extra and allure-packaged.

We got the last room available, which was ADA accessible.

The bed was very low to the floor. Not sure if this is ADA recommendation. If so then no complaints.

Comfortable and quiet. At the last minute, front desk clerk was excellent about helping us get a second, connecting room. He gave us a good deal on it.

Rooms were good size and location was perfect

The noise level the first night we were there was horrible. Loud all night

front desk person was to busy to check the 4 people waiting while spending 45 mins on another guests bill. he should have called in for assistance. I was hostess at a wedding and had to leave and come back. 45 mins on one guest while others are waiting is poor customer service

Clean, quiet room at a good price. We travel to Brookings regularly, and this is a frequent place for us to stay.
