The super clean facilities and friendly staff.

We made a reservation for four nights but something came up at my husband's work, so we had to cancel three nights and just stay one. The total amount of the reservation was around $340 and for just one night they charged me like $170, I think that's excessive. And for that I had to wait more than four hours in order that the change was made. Hours I could enjoy my family 😓

This was one of the cleanest Super 8’s we have stayed in! The hotel was very well kept. The breakfast was excellent. With great variety, hot and cold options. The room was clean, smelled wonderful and the bed was comfortable. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Your TV remote doesn't match up with your options on the TV. And you waist a lot of time trying to figure it out even after talking to the front desk because they don't know about the miscapatability between them either. Should be able to change sorce but only input button for direct TV. Then the TV even tells you to connect to the internet for better connection/options and it's not possible with direct TV remote and options need a second remote that doesn't exist. And light switches just please have on and off buy the lights in the rooms. Motion lights only work if you hold the button on anyway.

I liked that the air conditioner in the room worked well and that it was clean. I liked the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was good as well.

I wish there would have been three large towels instead of just two. I usually use one for my body and one for my hair. I had to use one since there were two of us. Also, the loose rocks in the pool area really hurt your feet when you step on them.

The staff was very accommodating and let us check in early due to extreme heat and not wanting our bags to sit in the car all day. It really made our stay more enjoyable and extremely thankful for their hospitality. We have already recommended to friends and family.

I booked through booking.com with my pet filters than I got a message from corporate telling me the property does not allow pets. It does. Corporate needs to get it together

We stayed in a best western that cost more but the bathroom was unclean and I was overcharged, so this Super 8 was what I would expect from a place that cost more. It was quite, staff were friendly, room was good also clean. Breakfast was plenty. Nothing bad to say or things to improve upon.

Very convenient off the i estate, easily found! Staff is very friendly and welcoming as well as checkout! Communication great! Breakfast was a great bonus and the facility was very clean! The reclyner in the room was so appreciated as well!

It was quick and easy to find off the Interstate. The room was nicely updated with comfortable and updated furnishings. The linens were clean and newer. The breakfast was delicious. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel was quiet.

The free shampoo and conditioner could have been not a combination. It would be better to have a shampoo and a conditioner. I truly appreciate that the hotel had these a free item in the room but in this case I wish I had brought my own.
