I really liked everything from the moment I walked in the door! The staff checking in & out were very friendly and helpful, the room was very comfortable, the AC worked AND was very quiet (so rare in hotels!), and the interstate was easily accessible. The location was also near various restaurants, gas stations and the most friendly Starbucks I have ever been to.

The only thing I didn't care for was the entrance. The hotel is tucked in behind a other things and finding the correct drive entrance was a bit tricky.

The location was a great placement for resting in a long trip. The pool was normal sized for a hotel and the hot tub was bigger and hot. The rooms were older but seemed very clean. They were not big but very nice for the price. The price was great for traveling during holiday season. The hotel space was just right to relax and get a couple hours of sleep before heading out on the next part of our drive. The breakfast was available even though we were up and heading out before 6am. That was a great surprise!

We were a little nervous driving up because the location looked dim and the windows facing us looked foggy and the sign out front said they were hiring for staff and housekeeping. We were nervous we picked a run down hotel, but when we walked in, the place looked clean and nice inside.

This is a nice quiet location, the parking lot was full, but you don't hear lots of sounds from other rooms

The lock on the door to the pool wasn't working, so they had us go through the conference room, which was fine, other than there seemed to be a birthday party for another guest in there.

Service was excellent- desk clerk was most helpful, friendly, and efficient. Property was well taken care of, beautiful lobby and clean rooms. Good location and perfect stay on a long trip.

Very clean, well lit exterior, up to date interior, friendly staff, pet friendly and decent breakfast options. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The beds were very firm and uncomfortable for us and the in room ac was very loud when it was blowing cold air.

The room was extremely clean and nicely fitted out. Breakfast was adequate- nothing great but just fine. The receptionist on duty on Friday morning was lovely- very friendly

The receptionist on duty on Thursday evening was shocking. He never said hello to us, He :demanded” ID. And a bank card without a please or thank you, he was by far the worst we have come across in our 2 weeks of travelling. He needs training-urgently

It was the quietest hotel I have ever been in! Even though there were a lot of late check ins we heard nothing! Could only tell by all the cars in the parking lot in the morning

Very nice, clean spacious room.

The pillows were lumpy and not comfortable, and the bathroom light switch was on the outside and behind the door. Very un-handy.

Convenient, easy on and off the freeway but quite a ways from town

Hot water in my room (129 - way at the far end) was tepid at best. No shampoo etc.

It is a very quiet hotel. Comfortable bed.

We had the handicapped room. We had not requested it. The shower was a bit awkward. No place to set the shampoo or soap.
