Loved the Hot Tub and Pool! And the fact they're pet friendly. I had great service from the friendly and helpful hotel staff, good parking too. Easy access to the freeway and a very quiet property. Also, it's a very safe area.

The attendant in the breakfast area was really having a day! I came into the breakfast area and every surface had already been used but not cleaned for the next guest. When I asked him if he could make a place for me, he seemed very put out about my request! Grumbled something and didn't take immediate action to correct it, so I cleared a place for myself and another guy that came in.

Excellent breakfast with lots of choices. Attendant kept everything well stocked and very clean.

Due to a full house the previous day, our room wasn't ready when we arrived at 4:30 p.m. (arrived on a Monday) We had a short wait. but by the time we unloaded the car and wheeled in the luggage cart we only had to wait about 10 minutes. The clerk was very apologetic for the delay, and we were not upset - just glad to have reached our destination.

Breakfast was good and the location was also good. The hotel was also quiet. Very Pet friendly however they need pet waste stations out front.

Unfortunately the booking system at the hotel and crashed so the staff was having a difficult time in assigning rooms. Not the staffs fault and they were doing their best with the adversity they faced. The first room we were assigned had a loud fan motor running sound which we declined to stay in. The 2nd attempt we were assigned a room where someone was already staying in. On the third room attempt we finally succeeded and had a very nice room.

Location is great. Has a few pools for the kids to play in. Has a K-cup machine in the room that is nice so you dont need to get dressed to get coffee. Beds very comfortable. Front desk lady was amazing.

Not enough seating in the pool area for adults to watch the kids. The breakfast was low or out of food when I went there and I tried at 2 different times. There are many many kids there so you hear lots of running at all times

I like the hotel is adjacent to the Interstate easy on and off access which was a factor in our decision making along with parking lot being large enough to park a boat on our way back from Canada. Thanks

I was not able to get a copy of the receipt from the front desk clerk either upon arrival or check out which I thought was strange and usually is part of the customer service that you receive while staying at the hotel? I could use one of those receipts now but was told I had to get it thru my booking website booking.com which they said it had to be done thru the hotel? If someone could send me one to [email protected] that would be much appreciated as we stayed on Saturday 6/24 and checked out on Sunday 6/25 under Scott E Johnson room #129 I believe. $30 refundable fee is a bit steep too and hopefully my credit card didn't get charged to make sure you abide by all of the rules implied by the hotel especially the pool area in which that was done with no problem. It's the nicest hotel so far, and I've been to about 20 different hotels of different brands over the last 5 weeks. Very clean, very friendly and very well thought through. For example remotes were in nice solid plastic bags to avoid dirt build up and germs. A nice handwritten note from a person who prepared the room for us left on the table. Someone there really cares and continues to think about how to improve guests' experience. Very nice and helpful breakfast concierge. Thank you.

The breakfast was good. Room was very spacious and the kids loved the pool with the waterslide which stayed open until 11 pm so BIG bonus!

Wish we could've stayed longer than one night nothing negative against the hotel

The cleanliness of our room. Bed was comfortable. We were able to use the party room for our family to be together to eat and play cards.

Was noisy but that is pretty much expected with it being the weekend with lots of small children. Scrambled eggs were cold the second morning.

Traveling for my daughter's sports, and got in around 9. Kids were worried they would not be able to utilize the pool area. They were very excited when the front desk gal told us it was open till 11!

The staff was great! Very helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean and attractive and the parking was good.

The breakfast was fine, not the best we've had. It would be nice to have a little more seating available in the public spaces, such as the breakfast area and the pool. We had a hard time finding a place to sit when we used those areas because there weren't enough tables/chairs.
